    My severely mentally ill Vietnam Veteran Father lived here for 25 years. He was a total recluse. However, PMP states it did periodic inspections, the last being 4 months prior. They passed these inspections! I had to enter to pack his belongings, he always kept the windows black out because of his severe PTSD, and that's how he felt safe. I pulled them off the windows so I could see to pack, and THIS is what I saw. I dialed 911. The police refused entry without PPE on because they could see how toxic it was with their naked eyes, it's in the police report. Every single Habitability law was broken. THEY let their maintenance service, who are also personal friends with Lavonda remediated the entire unit with no permits, no mold certifications for testing or repairing, basically they painted over what the police stated needed to be CONDEMNED. Sadly, Habitability laws are a CIVIL MATTER. I tried for 2 years until the statute expired. There is NO JUSTIFIABLE EXCUSE for their horrific, unethical business practices. He'd had 8 prior heart attacks in there, alone, telling no one, on TYLENOL. At the ER ... tests started immediately. I think that the Dr.'s forgot all about his heart, because when they saw all the Cancer, his entire body was riddled with tumors. They immediately turned their focus on that. He was given 4-6 months. The stage 4 Cancer didn't get him, his 9th heart attack did 17 DAYS later. I freaked out when I walked in and saw what I couldn't ever unsee again!! On the PMP side of things, they couldn't have NOT known. So just be aware renters, of PMP. Lavonda told me she'd never been in there because she was out of the country. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't know he had a Daughter (he had a family member who paid his bills and got his food monthly) he rarely let us inside, so we couldn't see how bad it really had gotten...BUT THEY DID, And he does have a Daughter, which is none of her business anyway. It was when she told me that maybe if I'd been around more for him....before he died, that maybe his home would've been more comfortable for him. I completely lost my sh!t on her after that. It's all documented. How dare she say that to me. Now, if you were never aware of this unit and it was painted over for the asthetics, and illegally at that, and then after you moved in you saw the photos and their illegal remediations, would you not freak out on them also?? THEY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ONE OF US. I WOULD'VE SNATCHED HIM RIGHT OUT OF THAT TOXIC HELL LONG AGO. WHAT IF ANOTHER TENANT REALLY HAS NO FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO CHECK ON THEIR WELL BEING NEXT TIME?? They clearly had a duty of care they neglected. The mold got in because my Dad didn't think he could afford the gas heat in the winter months due to a price hike. I honestly thought he was choosing it. NO he was NOT! My Aunt brought him a brand new electric heater, a small one just to keep one room at a time warm for him....he plugged it in, and the ENTIRE building lost power because he plugged in a heater into a 100 year old building. So he rolled that heater out into their front sidewalk, and the scolded him over it! WTAH?!?! Maybe hire an electrician to check out your wiring, DUR!!! WASNT HIS FAULT! HE ENDED UP LIVING THE NEXT 13 WINTERS WITH NO HEAT. IN THE NEWS INTERVIEW I DID, AFTER WE FINISHED THE REPORTER ABSOLUTELY CALLED LAVONDA TO OFFER HER A CHANCE TO RESPOND, Lavonda agreed to meet her and show her the mold test she had said she had done WITH results...said she NEVER had any prior mold complaints...my ARSE. 10 minutes later she called the reporter back and told her that her attorney has now advised her to keep her mouth shut...so she had no comment and that is why. I was in grief counseling for 3 years. Is this what humanity has come to?? That's disgusting that people's morals are going down the toilet to save money over a human life. She threatened me about slandering her, so I informed her that truth and FACTS are not slander! Truths hurts, take me to court!! She's a coward IMPO. P.S. Do not let Jeanie and Raul into your home if you're currently renting a property from PMP. Again, they are personal friends of Lavondas and that's why SHE HIRED them. I WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE IN THE STATE OF OREGON WOULD TOUCH THIS SITUATION THAT STILL NEEDS ATTENTION DESPERATELY, AND STILL NO ONE KNOWS WHO HAS JURISDICTION. AREN'T THEY THE OFFICIALS THAT MOST DEFINITELY SHOULD KNOW?? I LOVE MY FATHER, I WOULD'VE LOVED TO HAVE HAD HIM IN MY LIFE. NOW, I WILL SPIN THIS ALL INTO POSITIVES, BY CONTINUING TO GIVE MY DAD A VOICE AGAIN. THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW THAT THESE ATROCITIES ARE GOING HERE. There are STILL several current tenants!     No stars if I could. They sent the maintenance man to fix the fan and replace a freezer shelf ( freezer shelf is the same one that was broken from when I moved in, just glued back together.. the funny part is it broke in his hand when installing it. Butch was so confident that it was a new one until it broke!..... the fan??? Oh, he just took measurements. The same thing he did 5 months ago.) called the office???? They said 'well you don't want anything to be fixed.' Ummm it's not that I don't want things to be fixed. It's that I keep reporting it to you all and I take time out my day for things to be fixed and it's a waste of my time and energy. I'm contacting the city

    Just horrible services. Maintenance does not show when they are scheduled. The worst place to rent from.

NO !…read moreThe property management person said I was complaining to her , about a water issues we had on the floors at my business , I asked her for a sit down , and she said she didn't want to hear my Complaining, she wanted to have me write a letter about the issue and she would give it to the owners, we have been letting them know about the water damage on our flooring for the last month and didn't want to do anything about it they said it was a steamer that caused all the water damage the building it was built in the early 1900s so Beware , also , The property maintenance guy, made it into our shop on his day off and harassed our employees about the trash being too full, who does that on their day off feels like a seinfield episode I made multiple phone calls and the guy that was on his day off and came in today, kept saying that it wasn't our issue that it was a steamer that caused the whole floor to buckle it's laminate flooring and the carpet was wet underneath soaking wet How steamer would do that a tiny little steamer, I would have no idea

Geoffrey always lets you know that the request was received. He let's you know when the person will arrive and if there is problem if they have to reschedule. He has very good communicate skills and I appreate that skill. Geoffrey you are awsome and do a great Job. When maintenance's person arrives to my home, They are please and very professional. They answer questions and provide good information needed. When Weldon arrived to the house, he arrived just as scheduled. He came to fix the toilet handle, he explain exactly what the problem was and the reason it happens. He fixed the problem very quickly. Weldon was pleasant, informative and professional. I would like to thank the whole Maintenace Department for the good quality of work they do. I would like to give Dakota thumps ups for the great job he does. Every time I spook with him, he provide very good information and answer my questions that I needed. If Dakota wasn't sure he would get the answer and get back to me in a timely manor.     Six months ago my husband and I were dealing with bed bugs. She tried to give me a no cause…read moreeviction. She rescinded that, because the other tenents were using oils and things to keep these pest at bay. The extermination lasted for four months. She informed me that I would have to pay for all four apartments fumigation, which came to $4000.00. during the month September she brought over a washer and dryer that I could use. Then in December of last she did an inspection. The paperwork didn't say that all tenents had to be there. My husband and I were coming back,and had leave to go get his med. She took it like we were snobbing her. I week later received a no cause eviction. Two weeks later she set up meeting day. I explained that I was not snobbing her. I told that I had all the rent and part of the extermination bill. She told me to hang on to it till she spoke with her attorney. A week later she said, that the eviction still stood. I was given a court date for February 3. I was admitted to the hospital on January 29, and released February 4. That same day I had her do a welfare check on my husband who was found to have passed away. She didn't care. I finally got some help to get my stuff out of the apartment. Karen still thought I was going to hang around,and clean the apartment. Karen then told our mutual friend that she had bent over backwards for me, one by buying me a new washer and dryer. It wasn't new, she paid $275.00. Then she told her that I wasn't paying my rent. If anyone who rents this apartment beware she will not tell you about the bed bugs. I advise you to look up the secrecy law. The landlord doesn't have to tell a perspective renter that the apartment was fumigated for them, and then if you in counter them you will responsible for the the fumigation of all four apartments. Don't Rent from Three Rivers.

When they sent an inspector out for the credit check side of things the inspector had no idea why he was there or what it was for, and had to come out a second time. Finally when notifying Rentec of cancelling and requesting a refund they simply ignored the 5 emails, and refused to acknowledge any emails. Customer service is non-existent and support is terrible.
