However, I had some trouble getting someone over the phone as did my cosigner and her references. The breaking point was when one of their representatives lied to me, telling me that my application was denied due to them not being able to get in touch with my cosigner's personal references. Now, being denied isn't the issue, but the dishonesty about something I can easily check just by asking around is unacceptable. I don't recommend renting through this company, I wouldn't trust them to be honest with you either.

Our AC broke, and we were left sweltering for months before they finally bothered to repair it. Meanwhile, the wood around the property is rotting, and they don't seem to care one bit about maintaining anything. To make matters worse, the house was absolutely filthy when we moved in. It was clear no one had bothered to clean it beforehand. The floors are so dirty that even after multiple deep cleans, our socks turn black just walking from the living room to the kitchen. It's honestly disgusting and unacceptable. The level of neglect here is shocking, and the customer service is practically nonexistent.
