It took them over TWO MONTHS to fix a broken washing machine--a basic necessity--and getting them to address any issue is like trying to land on the moon. Our AC broke, and we were left sweltering for months before they finally bothered to repair it. Meanwhile, the wood around the property is rotting, and they don't seem to care one bit about maintaining anything. To make matters worse, the house was absolutely filthy when we moved in. It was clear no one had bothered to clean it beforehand. The floors are so dirty that even after multiple deep cleans, our socks turn black just walking from the living room to the kitchen. It's honestly disgusting and unacceptable. The level of neglect here is shocking, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Avoid this group if you want anything resembling decent living conditions!

Get a physical receipt after paying rent. Heather Case (maintenance department)stinks of alcohol. Rebecca Fouche the head broker is beyond unprofessional, rude, abrasive. Pepper at the front desk is honestly a sweetie. I feel bad for her cause of how poorly ran that company is. She takes the brunt of everything. If you see this pepper, quit immediately. However, I had some trouble getting someone over the phone as did my cosigner and her references. The breaking point was when one of their representatives lied to me, telling me that my application was denied due to them not being able to get in touch with my cosigner's personal references. Now, being denied isn't the issue, but the dishonesty about something I can easily check just by asking around is unacceptable. I don't recommend renting through this company, I wouldn't trust them to be honest with you either.

Then one week later we were told that the property that they applied for is no longer available and they would not refund the total of $300 in application fees they had collected. They said it could apply toward another property. This was not on the form and never explained. I have the texts to prove it. We are not interested in any of their other properties. I have called and left a message for Abigail but have not heard back yet. This constitutes a breach of trust and may be a criminal offense but at the very least we will be pursuing this in civil court if our money is not refunded.
