    I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

    Paid 7,400.00 to have furnace replaced. Techs did not tape the manual to the unit, so our city…read moreinspection failed. Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get.     We fired them. Their…read morewebsite specifically states that during normal maintenance they (see attached website image): "Check for clogs in the drain lines". That statement is a lie. When they failed to check for and thus report and/or correct a drain clog, it caused over $10,000.00 in damages to the walls, ceilings, cabinetry and floors in the space my wife's elderly parents, who are dementia patients, reside in with us, thus causing trip and mold hazards to their, and our, health. When contacted, the Robison Air representative response was they're not plumbers and are therefore not responsible, even though their website claims they check the drain lines. Thus they have zero concern for the safety and wellbeing of my wife's parents and/or us for the damage they caused. The representative did state that he would change the wording on their website to correct their lie, which is meaningless to us after the damages they have cause to our home We questioned our contractor and plumber who examined the damage cause by Robison Air regarding the Robison Air representatives claims as follows: From us: "Robison says the issue is with the "plumbing" and that they only check the condensate lines between the hvac and the "plumbing ". " From them: "Of course they would. That pipe is literally an extension of the condensate line. No one takes responsibility these days. " As a result, we highly do not recommend using Robison Air as they will always blame their failures on anyone and/or anything other than themselves, and obviously do not care for the safety and well being of my wife's elderly parents in their late 80's, as well as my wife of 65 years and myself of 70 years. As they are perfectly willing to deceive the elderly such as us, they will be perfectly willing to deceive anyone, including you.

    SUPER service! Our 22-year old downstairs furnace wouldn't produce heat. The technician, Dalton,…read morediagnosed the problem as a common fault on a particular batch of controller boards, got it to work again (at least temporarily) without replacing the expensive board, and explained the likely cause. We elected to defer the permanent fix (board replacement). Now that the cause is identified it can be permanently fixed by possibly repairing the board myself at our convenience, or replacing it if necessary. He arrived when promised and charged a very reasonable price for a service call. I have no idea why Yelp thinks I'm from San Francisco.
