I am hoping they can replace or remake a shower door and are not just a bathroom remodeling business. I will call back tomorrow during their morning hours and see what they can do for me. It is great when businesses can get back to you within a day of leaving a voicemail. Edit: Their automated call system states their business hours are during the week and on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon. I called at 7:40 a.m. and no one was there. I left a message. Additionally, there was no information that hours of operation were cut because of the pandemic and so, they lost a star on customer service. After all was said and done, one of their employees was able to refer me to another business Happy the Glass Man to repair what I needed repaired. The bad thing is that they do not have someone who can provided estimates to fit another fixture or door and will just sell you the actual supplies that I am guessing the customer will have to do it themselves?
