The esthetician and the specialist who works here are SO kind and so wonderful. They create such an amazing experience. The front desk girl Lanie on the other hand is snotty and rude. I got a special on Amazon and they were not pushy about forcing packages on me and were very considerate. It is important to me that if I were to continue using a service with anyone that the receptionist would be kind. This receptionist however does not create a pleasant environment. She's pretentious and cold at best. Like I said my esthetician was amazing and the lady who runs it seems to be really kind and wonderful. Unfortunate that their first impression is not great. They also make you confirm your appointment like 3 times which I found irritating. Would have given 5 stars in April! Started a program with them last June, sold by Berniece and told my products are refilled for time of program, 1 year. In April, went in for my monthly appointment and the Owner informed me it was not a part of my program, after 10 months! He was so insulting and I was shocked. We own our own business and disgusted at the way he handled the situation. Thought I would get a call back from Bernice, or the owner with an apology! NOTHING! I am writing an update because this company has gone over and above and proven they deserve 5 stars. Jonathan one of the owners reached out to me regarding my concerns. He listened to my issues , assured me that he wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my decision to continue with Prophecy. There facials are the best ! I had originally signed up for HIFU treatments and now I am having Pixel with PRP. I had my first Pixel 2 weeks ago and it was amazing and I could most definitely see the brightness and tightness of my skin and neck. The facials have always been amazing and my issues were other things and for an owner to be concerned about my concerns is Excellent Customer Service! Update: The spa owner Johantan Baigel reached out to me in an effort to "correct" my bad experience. He explained that I did not receive the full treatment I had paid for and offered for me to come in again. I asked for a refund. I was offered my refund only under the condition that I remove this review. Unbelievably unprofessional. I only hope this review can help someone else to not waste their time and/or money at this establishment. If you are truely looking for a pleasant, relaxing experience, look elsewhere, there are so many other great spas throughout San Diego. My experience was nothing like the other reviews. This was my first time coming here. I went in for a "face and neck tightening" it was a special I found on IG for $60, I believe the normal price is around $150. The process is supposed to be 75 mins long. It was a 30 minute FACIAL nothing more and I'm guessing the additional 30-40 minutes is so they can try to sell you something else. Nothing was explained to me about my skin or anything like the other reviews. I basically laid in a cold dark room for 30 mins. I honestly dont think anyone in the office even told me their name. Im not impressed with the experience as a whole, I feel like I wasted time and money and will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend. read more

Brittney was amazing super sweet and not pushy at all but the lady you meet with before and after your appt is so pushy and I can't stand that. I went for my very first facial they had on instagram for $59 for jawline tightening and ended up getting a hydro facial which was super nice and I would have went back if it wasn't for the lady pushing me to book another appt right then and to apply for care credit which i turned down and then had me do something else which she said was for a membership program but in the end it's like care credit. I do things at my own time and when I want to and to have someone be so ridiculously pushy will not make me go back or buy anything from them so with that said I will not be returning and take my business else where! read more

I booked an appointment online. A day after receiving confirmation of that appt. I get a call stating they are fully booked the scheduled day. I agree to the rescheduling and booked the new appt. on the phone with a "live" person that moment (A week and a half ago). My appt. was rescheduled for tomorrow. A couple of days ago I get a call from a :live" persona stated they needed to reschedule my appt. as they were fully booked for the day. I asked how could it be, if I rescheduled my appt. via telephone with someone in their office. She didn't know what to say and just offered me a new appt.
