The last time I got dysport was 2 years ago at Synerchi, and they even said 60 units was fine for clenching. I was happy with the results even though I got 60 units. He even told me that the nurse, Sajia, was on her last client (me) before heading to their other location and that should've been my other red flag but I didn't know she would rush to leave and carelessly give me a FULL syringe without my consent. She didn't ask, she didn't clarify, she just did. She left before I paid so when I got to the front that is when they told me the price would be $675. Now when I called originally I asked how much a full would be and they said $650. To make my point, the manager even said $650 when I finally got a hold of her 2 days later. I asked the woman that was charging me to ask Sajia what she done and she told her to take $100 off the service. To me that's putting a bandaid on a mistake. If it were me I would've definitely given them the other half for free knowing I didn't ask for their consent. I called a multitude of times to get a hold of the manager, my calls were even forwarded and I told them I would come in to which the front desk said it wasn't necessary. After calling 3 more times I finally got a call back from the manager and she had the worst attitude. Listen, I know damn well if this had happened to her just based on her energy she would not be okay with paying for a service she didn't ask for. Instead she justified in any possible way she could, "it's been 2-3 years since your last service so the nurse gave you what she recommended", "the nurse had communicated a full syringe", "we gave you a discount" blah blah.. complete bullsh-. I am so disappointed in her attitude towards a consumer, another woman to say the very least. I'm sure they have cameras and they definitely record the calls so I know for a fact that I'm not in the wrong and that she was trying to manipulate the situation. Custom vitamin masks based on your skin needs. Finish with red LED therapy to boost elasticity, collagen production, and product absorption." My esthetician was Valerie and she was wonderful. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. She was even able to remove a stubborn blackhead I've had for a while. After the 50 minutes, my skin was visibly more hydrated and smoother. The establishment is clean and it's located inside a small shopping center so parking wasn't a struggle (and it's free).
