My name is Jeb & here is my story. I had just bought a 1998 Dodge Ram Van on Nov. 8th, 2019 from a private person for $900.00. I bought the van so that I could make the conversion van into a camper van. Considering that I had just bought the van without Insurance, registration or plates, I drove it back to my room mates apartment & parked it. I did fill up the gas tank of $65.00 ( Completely full ). The next day on Saturday, Nov. 9th, I called up "GEICO" & since my roommate had Geico, I would try it out. I finally got insurance for $89.00 a month because I haven't owned a car in almost 20 years. So they e-mailed me my insurance cards for me to print them out. My real cards will be in the mail in 2 weeks, but did not want to wait for them. Went to "OFFICE MAX" & got my insurance cards printed out. Yippee!!!!!. Now I am 1/2 way legal. I won't be able to get my plates until next month, but that's okay. I thought. After driving around for a week, I never had a problem until Friday, Nov. 15th, 2019 around 4pm. I had my 1st accident at 36th & Leavenworth which involved 3 cars. After making a left hand turn, I was plowed into by a Dodge Neon car. The car shoved me into an innocent car just waiting for a light to turn green. After the police gave both of us a ticket, I pulled my van into a parking lot & let it stay. I had called Geico & cancelled my insurance since my van is totaled. Geico informed me that instead of canceling my insurance, I would still have insurance coverage but, not on the vehicle. The officer gave both of us a ticket since we were both at fault. Ken (Roommate) picked me up & brought me home. On Sunday, Nov. 17th, 2019, I called up Geico & see if I'm still covered on roadside assistance & no I'm not. Damn it!!!. After getting a hold of "PROS-preferred ROADSIDE SOLUTIONS", I talked to "JASON" & he hooked me up with "TRACY". The only thing I did not like was the 1 hour waiting time. Tooooooooo Longggggg. Anyway, when Tracy got to me, he changed my flat tire, jumped started my van & tried to fix my drivers door because it wouldn't shut properly. But, did get it closed until I get it into a body shop, if I still want to keep it. Tracy was the most polite person in that type of work. Thank you so much Tracy & Jason. You guys helped me out with my 2 ton van & only charged me $90.00. Tracy even made comments about the damage that a tiny car made on a steel frame of my van. We were in a parking garage in downtown Denver with a flat tire that my husband couldn't get to budge! Jason S was prompt (it took him only 45 minutes to arrive) and he kept in touch over the phone along the way! It was a tough fix but he kept at it and never lost his patience with the work that needed to be done. He got the tired off and put the donut on, making sure it was filled with air AND put everything back in the car for us. I was travelling through Omaha on a Saturday night and had a tire issue on my trailer - the tire and rim were ruined. He showed us some hotel rooms to stay in over night since all stores were closed. The next morning I was able to get a new tire rim but couldn't find a store to put a tire on the rim. Tracy called around and finally found a station that was open could do it. Tracy went above and beyond. His extra effort saved my family and me from staying over in Omaha another night. Vacation saved! read more

Thank you PROS, you're my hero... professional and excellent service from the first contact with your dispatcher to the last contact with your driver. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat. My insurance company sent another roadside assistance company to fix my flat, but they never showed up. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I started calling local companies. Pros had the fasted ETA and out of 5 companies and the most reasonable prices. read more
