I honestly don't even know where to begin because my experience with this dealership has been one…read moreof the worst I've ever had, and it just kept getting worse every step of the way. I came in about a month and a half ago and found a car I liked. We agreed on a price, I put down a deposit, and was given a bill of sale. Everything seemed fine -- until I came back a few days later to finalize paperwork and the numbers suddenly changed. New fees were added with no explanation. I decided to step away to think, but ultimately came back and agreed to move forward with the purchase. That's when the real mess began. I was told I'd need to return to sign the title once it arrived -- so I did. Multiple times. Every time I came in, I was told the person who handles titles wasn't there and no one else could help me. After WEEKS of this, I went to the DMV to get my plates and found out that the title had never been sent in. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because I hadn't signed it -- which is flat-out untrue. I explained that I had been in multiple times, and instead of owning the mistake, he accused me of lying. I had to come back again just to finally sign what I'd already tried to take care of weeks earlier. And because of the delay, I had to pay a $50 late fee at the DMV -- out of my own pocket -- for something that was completely the dealership's responsibility. Before I even bought the car, I asked that the broken tail light be fixed. He agreed and said it would be done within three days. It wasn't. The car was also handed over to me dirty -- not even cleaned for delivery. I kept asking when I could get the tail light fixed and was told the only person who could do it was out of town for three more weeks. When I came back weeks later to finally get the tail light addressed, I also brought up that the A/C had stopped working just one week after buying the car. I also had to replace all the brake pads and the right axle -- spending over $700 out of pocket within the first week of owning the car. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. with all the parts it needed. It took them almost nine hours to change the tail light -- and they didn't even fix the A/C. He tried to claim my car was electric and that's why it couldn't be fixed (it's not electric, by the way). When I returned to pick up my car, the office staff told me they didn't know where my keys were. I called AJ and he told me I wouldn't be given my keys until he talked to me -- despite the fact that I had been waiting all day and told him I didn't have time to sit around any longer. He hung up on me. When he finally arrived, he refused to speak to me at all -- even though I am the car's owner. He spoke only to my boyfriend, was rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. When I tried to speak to him directly, he said, "No, I don't want to talk to you. I'm talking to him." He then handed my car keys to my boyfriend, not to me -- the actual customer and registered owner. To make things even worse, he mumbled something under his breath about "all these white people" while staring us down, which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. This whole experience was not just unprofessional -- it was hostile, misogynistic, and borderline threatening. I nearly had to call the police just to get my keys back. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I especially want to warn other women -- do not do business here.

What can I say about a $7500 car purchase that has completely deteriorated by this dealership. The dealership threatening our daughter that he was going to take her first time buyers loan away, even though she'd already been approved with the 780 credit score. I went and looked at a used car recently and it was an okay experience overall…read more I saw they had a used car online and about a week later I went to the dealer to look at it. After speaking with a really nice salesman, he left for about 20 minutes to go get the keys. Why would it take that long? After getting the keys, he said that it's on a lift getting an inspection/work done. Why would they list it without having done an inspection of it yet? We walk out to their shop and it's on a lift with the exhaust off, which could be good or bad? And the vehicle had a lot of scrapes, chips and scratches so I looked at it for a couple minutes and said I wasn't interested. The salesman was nice about it and understood. If they had another vehicle that I was interested in, I wouldn't mind going back but they don't have the best reputation around the heartland.

I went to DISCOUNT TIRE the next day and they charged me $60 for all 4! My family and I love Toyota and we're very disappointed in these dealerships! It's not limited to corwin Bellevue either. It's everywhere and someday soon these dealerships will be extinct. It'll be a great day. I feel bad for the people who are naive to it. I'll NEVER allow Toyota to fix anything on my truck. They also charged me a ridiculous $19.79 for environmental charges, on top of the $109.97 plus tax for diagnosis. What a clown world we live in!
