Of course I need something if I am standing at the front waiting to be checked in. The staff was non compassionate and rude. The triage nurse was the only person that was pleasant. She was great. My blood pressure was dangerously high higher than it has ever been and I was getting a massive headache. I typically do not have high blood pressure and I am not on any medicine for high blood pressure. I was sent back out to the waiting room where I waited an hour. No one was taken back in the waiting area during that hour. I understand that sometimes you have to wait a while. I was getting worried about my symptoms as I had a bowel blockage last year, it felt like a blockage and even during last year my blood pressure was not even close to what is was the night I cam to the ER. I went up to tell the registration desk that I needed to leave and go somewhere else that I felt like it was getting worse . The said okay and I went to another ER for treatment. When I contacted Ohio Health to make a complaint I was told that the lead of the ER would contact me. It has been 11 days no contact from anyone. This is a place that I will never go to on my own ever again!! Very disappointing

Ohio Health changed labs and went with Quest! I'm never one…read moreto leave a review, but the turnaround time and help through the quest were rough. I used to receive my results at a minimum of 24 hours but typically within 10 to 12 hours, and they would upload them to my chart for my doctor. I did not receive results through Quest for almost 72 hours+, and it has now been a week and a half, and my doctor does not have the correct blood test they needed. so I now have to go through LabCorp and get my blood drawn again so we can get the proper labs. Regardless of the quest, the girls who work at the office through Ohio Health are AMAZING.

I had a MRI done here after my insurance company called me to change me from OSU because my…read moredeductible would be far less. They said over and over it would be on the same level as OSU. It was not. After I arrived for the first appointment of the day the tech seemed to almost act like I should know what I'm doing. I've never had an MRI so I didn't. He didn't explain what was going to happen or anything. Just put me in and gave me headphones. A week later when I saw my surgeon at the Wexner he said he thought it might be the worst MRI he had ever seen. And even asked me if I was dancing during it? I actually tried to lay very still but it was kinda scary and loud and he never explained when I could take a breather in between. A little info would have really helped my anxiety. I contacted them about it and the woman that answered the phone got an attitude immediately when I was just trying to explain. She said I'd have to deal with it with my insurance. Well, I called them and they said I had to deal with MRI company. So I would tell anyone to not go there. I'm out hundreds of dollars and guess what.... I still don't have a usable MRI.

In the 14 years I've been going, I've had two practitioners leave and had to re-establish with a…read morenew one. Absolutely LOVED my 2nd and was rather upset to learn my doctor left. The 3rd was rather rude and told me I was on too many medications without looking at my history. Even after explaining my history wouldn't back down and neither would I (respectfully advocating for myself). Tried #4 and was told the same thing, then made to take a drug test. Advocated again for myself, saying I was stable and not interested in changing any medications or doses. I'm for sure not okay being forced to prove myself when they could take 5 minutes to look at my medical history. I've been at this location for almost 2 decades and on these medications for more than 2 decades. I hate having to jump through all the hoops yet again. Yes, I feel this is a gender bias issue and I am not being heard. So let me shout it from the roof top. I am stable. I'm not interested in changing my doses or medications. I'm not over medicated. I...am...stable...not interested in your FAFO because you're too lazy to read my history and/or bias think that one colleague's 10 minute opinion means I need a drug test. Look a little further back at my long-term doc's notes and see I have been stable. I'm not doctor shopping for my drugs... I don't want to increase or change them. I'm doctor shopping for respect and to be heard... the first time I say I'm stable, please don't FAFO. I already know what will happen and am not interested in proving it to you.
