We were able to see the pictures briefly that day and decided to take a few extra year book photos. We purchased the portfolio and rights to all the digital photos. Well that is what we were told. We were lied to several times and sadly didn't find out until after we spent almost $300.00. after 2 weeks we received a few digital images of their choice. We did not receive cap and gown photos like we were promised the day of the session. They selected the photos for the portfolio and they did not release all of the digital images. This company scams you. The lie and take your money and hold onto your pictures. Don't even try to contact support. Everyone I spoke to told me a different story and then tried to inform me I can change the photos in the portfolio myself. They take your money and do not provide the products they say they will and the quality it horrible. We were told everything would be touched up and that is a joke. This company is awful stay away if you can. We were forced to use for year book photos. I am not sure how they stay in business complete crooks.

Daniel Skelton was very unprofessional and disappointing over the course of our photography…read moreplanning. We booked him several months before our destination wedding in St. Augustine. He did an excellent job selling us his services and ensuring that he processed our retainer asap. However, as soon as we paid the 50% retainer, his professionalism and responsiveness discontinued. Every time that we confirmed an appointment he would cancel in the last minute. Since we were planning a wedding from out of town, we lost hundreds of dollars on hotel rooms and were left with no time for our engagement photo session. He would take weeks to respond to emails or would be very short with us, never once apologizing for overbooking or forgetting about our appointments. On our final attempt to make the services work, he cancelled once again. We decided to discontinue his services since our wedding was only 40 days away. We feared that with his history of canceling appointments he may not even show up the day of, leaving us without a photographer. When we requested the reimbursement of our retainer, he did not respond. When I was able to get in touch with him on the phone he would say that he did not know who I was and then would say he would call me right back, which of course never actually happened. His contract requires a cancellation via certified mail, however he has yet to respond that he received the letter. The one thing that remained consistent throughout our interactions was his lack of passion for photographing our wedding (after he sold us the package). He seems to look at the role of photographing weddings as more of a job to be done, with no real care for the story behind the couple or role in such a special day. Since he did not end up photographing our wedding, we cannot say anything about his actual work. However, I feel it is very important for future couples to be aware of what happened to us. We do NOT recommend Daniel Skelton Photography.

Let me begin by saying that her patience was that of a saint. We had a family of seven with two of them being two years old & 5 months. She never once rushed a moment and she was able to capture such special candid moments even when we weren't expecting a photo to be taken. She has that amazing ability to capture those natural moments like my grandson's little smirk and my granddaughter's belly laugh smile and turn them into a priceless memory. Her creative expression shines through in each photo. She truly has the ability and talent to catch such priceless moments with such ease and expertise. Her fee for services was more than fair and she allowed us to pick the site for the photo shoot making it more personal and special for our family. My daughter has already expressed that she wants to have the children's pictures taken by her every time she visits Saint Augustine. She spoke of previous experiences with having important moments of her family's life captured on film and said that this experience was by far the best because of Kristel's ability to consistently capture the perfect moments and I couldn't agree more. The entire family was also overjoyed with the quality of the photos she has shared with us. We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience and we look forward to having our family's memories captured by this lovely lady in the future.
