Cady Studios was a nightmare from start to finish. Customer service was hard to reach, had a major language barrier, and refused to honor what the studio promised. After weeks of calls and emails, they canceled my order without explanation or refund, and only after relentless follow-ups did they "expedite" it and promise a free 8x10--which took weeks to even start. To make matters worse, they're the only studio schools use for yearbook, graduation, and senior pictures, so you literally have no alternative. Disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating--I do not recommend Cady Studios. Be prepared to chase them constantly just to get what you paid for.
