However, our experince with his services have been very disappointing. Although his website and his initial first impression tell you he will fight for you and your rights, his actions indicate otherwise. He is short tempered and unprofessional, he once called my husband STUPID because he refused to settle his case. He doesnt accepted constructive criticism well, when we would express our concerns regarding the case he was very dismissive, had a rude tone and all his answered regarding my husbands case were answered with..."I dont know why the insurance did that", " You haven't gotten paid for milage at all?", " I dont know, I have to look into your case", "can you send me the papers you received from the insurance."......really? He has worked on my husbands case for over 2 years and he was not aware he never got paid for milage?..wow. and why would we have to send him the insurnace documents?! it clearly states we received a copy and our attorney did as well....ridiculous! He is hard to reach, we would email, call and text him and several days would go by with no response. The girls at the office try to assit you with as much as they can so no complain there. This is our first time having to ever file a claim for Workers comp. So we are not aware of the process nor the regulations that's why we thought we would hire a professional however we got the complete opposite of that. He has now filed a petition to withdrawl himself from my husbands case, because apparently "we have irreconcilable differences." We never fired him but he said he didnt want to work on my husbands case. That's after me confronting him about his unproffessional services and the lack of information he had on my husbands case. Which is OUR right and his JOB to know. This leaves us searching for a new attorney, however this process has been difficult because his case is almost over which not many attorneys want to handle a case they wont really profit from. Johnnys office gets 15% once the case is settled whether we represent ourselves or we find another attorney. This is beyond unfair!! so word of advise avoid his services at all cost. Take your time to research an attorney who will really represent and fight for YOUR best Interest.
