He did not pressure us at all about anything. Nobody wants to spend money on stuff like this, but the living trust will help avoid probate, so our daughter doesn't have to deal with that headache down the road. We had our Living Trust completed September of 2023 by Andrew. We put our house in our Living Trust and completed all the necessary documents. We mailed them back to Andrew and he would file the document per his instructions. Two years later we found out that our house was not in our trust as the document was never filed by Andrew. To think that our kids would have had to go through probate with our house! We were furious but of course after several messages to Andrew and a few days later, he sends a text to say he is sure he filed the form. Obviously he did not! We had to pay to complete, notarize and file a document again with someone new. We have confirmation this form has been recorded now. New clients just beware!!! Andrew does not respond to calls or text messages in an efficient manner. This was so frustrating. There was never any follow up on his behalf! Not a good experience with Andrew. read more

27 years ago Andrew's father-in-law did our simple AB trust. I wanted to update it as life has changed... kids are grown up. He was very knowledgeable about current laws and what needed to be done.
