Regionally they have recently received highest accolade from both medicare and Independence locally This location has contacted every poor review on this yelp to have an open discussion about their experiences and how we can make it better ... not because we have to but because we have cared for this community for over 35 years - the right way ... we see over 4000 patients per month in this location - the 12 bad reviews are important to us I know for a fact all patients have direct access to physicians either through the phone service or through a doctor's phone number 24/7-365 ... they offer tele visits if you can't get in ... and walk in hours daily .... I had taken off work to get there at 9:15 as it's 45 minutes away so I arrive at 9:15 and they are EXTREMELY condescending and say they can't see me that day. I start to get upset because of the situation (and I'm neurodivergent and communication is hard when people talk to you like you're a piece of mud) and I guess they don't want the scene in their waiting room because they say "OKAY SHE WILL SEE YOU" and usher me back to the exam room where I undress and am verbally berated by Andrea Leffett CRNP. She says she is "still happy to see me" even though everything about her manner says that the exact opposite is the case. I'm there for a pap and tell her I don't need her all up in my uterus/cervix, so I throw on my clothes and leave. I'm sure I'm coded as a bad patient now and definitely won't be going back even if I weren't... I'd rather get cervical cancer tbh. Waiting to see if I get billed for the non-appointment appointment. I'll throw it back to them and let it go to collections and ruin my credit, really don't care at this point. Happy to go back to not having a family dr than deal with this.

I suffered from headaches since 2017 and used 4000 to 5000 mg of Tylenol daily. I'm happy to report that I haven't taken any pain medication since 1/25/2021. In addition to treating my illness, I had experienced on-going back pain from 30+ years in the military, miles of running, falls, etc. I'm proud to say that I no longer suffer from back pain.
