She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

Having painted cars, I knew some were too deep to be fixed without paint repair. The interior upholstery extraction was very thorough. I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.

Unfortunately, there were several things that essentially ruined the experience for me. I got an internal only cleaning. First of all, the windshield (inside) was not wiped and honestly somehow looked worse than it did before I had this service. I had to clean it myself. Also, there is a large long scratch near my radio that was not there before. I'm scared to look too close anywhere else but there was even a clear visible line where the dust was not wiped on the dash. It just felt very incomplete. And the scratch is unacceptable. To top it off, there were outlines of soap residue (gosh I hope it's soap) on my driveway where the mats were cleaned. We tried washing them with water and scrubbing them and some came off but there are still visible white patches all over my black driveway now. Also, not as much of an impact on me but the company truck created a 3'x3' stain on the street of what I'm guessing is oil. Im glad that wasn't in my driveway. I am incredibly disappointed.

They only had a few reviews but they were all good so I decided to try them I made an appointment, dropped it off at 9 am, and after they texted to say it was ready, I picked it up at 4:30 pm. My first reaction was how beautiful it looked! Then I looked closely around the whole vehicle and saw the detailed cleaning and buffing that they did. Every inch of the body was perfect, including my trailer hitch which they removed, and cleaned, including removing all of the rust on it! Then I opened the door and when I looked inside, the interior actually looked like it did the day I brought it home from the dealership. Every inch was cleaned and shinny! I would give them a 10 of 10 stars if it was possible!
