    Customer service is fine. The guy I talked to on the phone and in person was personable and honest. The quality of my exterior detail did not meet my exceptions. After making it clear that I wanted the swirl marks on my black car addressed, they said on top of the $150 exterior detail fee it would be another $50 if they need to do a two-stage paint correction--I told them to do whatever they needed to do. Six hours later my car is ready and they only had to do the two-stage correction on my hood and liftgate so my total is $190. I show up, my car is outside in the rain but looks good so I pay and go home. First thing I notice in my car is that my floor mats were wet, then I remember with an exterior detail they vacuum the carpets (per their website). I look around and the carpets do not look vacuumed at all but they rinsed out my floor mats. The next morning I go look at my now dry and freshly detailed car and there are water marks everywhere; the car looked totally dirty again. This, I believe, is just the effect of sitting in the rain after using whatever wax they used. The photos I'm including are from the day after my detail and show the lack of attention to detail. There was leftover wax or buffing compound on almost every piece of plastic cladding and chrome molding. Judging from how long I had to wait for an appointment and how many cars where there when I dropped my car off, I would guess they were just trying to get through as many cars as possible that day and just didn't double check their work; quantity over quality. Ended up taking my car through a touchless car wash a couple of times to get it looking better. I took a gamble on this place, after reading their 50/50 mix of reviews, and got what I would consider a marginal/average experience. There is an improvement in the swirl marks but they're still noticeable. I definitely feel like I paid $190 for a $75-quality detail, which is a bummer. No hard feelings on these guys but would not recommend or come back.

    Took my 2010 Black Toyota 4 - Runner in last week for a complete detail. Picked it up next day and was shocked!! Looked like the day we picked it up new from dealer 10 years ago. THe engine was a concern due to a lot of dirt roads over the years but now is spotless!! Thanks Marty and team!!! Rick S

Not having an appointment for 9/16 I joined the waitlist for an express interior detailing. Online their website lists the price for such service at 100$ (plus is your car is trashed) for a coupe/sedan. Chris, their detailer, was nice enough to fit me in. He did ok work, (did break my trunk latch button) and then sent it through their tunnel wash before leaving for his lunch break. However, when I went to pay for the service, I was hit with a 135$ bill. The less than friendly cashier woman told me I had to take it up with Chris, even though he would be gone for the next hour, and refused to call him. I showed her the price for a coupe online, and her statement was, well maybe he wanted to charge me extra for something and didn't write it down. She invited me to take a seat and wait an hour. Will update this the end result. Either I'm refunded to the original 100$ price and the stars go up to 2 (the front desk woman is the sole reason for this) or I'm left with a 135$ and two hours of my life gone. 1 star. UPDATE: stars went up to 2 because Chris came back from lunch, apologized that he accidentally ticketed the Small SUV price, and knocked an extra 10% off. Cashier woman couldn't even look me in the eye, zero apology from her.

She is surly, rolls her eyes, and because my cousin mentioned he expected a friendly, more positive conduct by this wholly angry cashier, she actually banished him from the premises and refused to complete his payment process. A bunch of us unhappy customers have been wondering about the owner's management perspective. Why doesn't he act to improve things? Why does he tolerate the consistent outrageous nastiness of the cashier? She and the cleaning process issues are causing people to run away to Crew and other area competitors. Think of the massive improvement in revenues the owner could experience by addressing these two critical problems!

We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Sometimes I have had to press the call button and they fix the problem and I am well on my way. Also, LOVE the vacuums. Strong and work very well. The men that are in the car wash are so nice and do a good job spraying at the beginning and drying your car at the end. And there is a tip box at the end of the car wash. Real talk, the lines can be long so prepare for that scenario for winter. There isn't really anything they can do when the line goes past DQ. But this honestly doesn't bother me at all--for some it may be an inconvenience. Overall, I recommend.
