I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

They did Great on hooking up my Amplifier and Subwoofer to my Car. But ended up not having a Bass…read moreKnob on Hand. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to Install. During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

One thing I recommend is more COVID precautions. No one wore a mask and customers wearing no masks offered handshakes which were obliged because the staff was too kind to refuse. Bottom line I recommend just sanitize when you leave and please wear a mask to protect staff!
