My business had put a great deal of time into designing a concept for a vehicle wrap but about 15 months ago, when the process started; I made a very HUGE mistake and went somewhere else; other than Signarama. There is much to be said about the professionalism that I can attest to and experience(d) and again with Signarama. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (except for my misguided field trip), and what happened was this: One of my business emails that was detailed, wound up in their spam box. They (Signarama) were moving at the time, and I wrongly LEAPED to conclusions. In doing so, I went online....very hastily and what I received for my first wrap was an extreme dysfunctional "poor customer servicing experience" and an end product that was misprinted on more than one side. Costly in terms of money and all the wasted time. Money is replaceable but time is not. Why I give Signarama 5 stars (should be higher...if I could) because of a multitude of reasons. They took my business back and even after I strayed. Gene Niksa- Owner is the most dedicated owner that takes pride in his work and caring for his clients needs. Luke J. Senior Design Associate- Very knowledgeable with his craft and pays extreme attention to the design details. Additionally, he is the one that does the installation and did a truly amazing job. Adam N. & Adam A are always so friendly and attentive on the phone. If you are considering a very expensive advertising venture such as a vehicle wrap, please do not assume that all businesses online can fulfill what they claim. My vehicle wrap is amazing......now. They were able to bring my design to life and more.
