Most of the time it's easily remedied, often without the need for a service call. We're glad to see that Emily is actively involved in the business, and that she's taking ASP forward into the future (this website is a good example of this). With the impeding loss of 3G service we have ordered an LTE wireless communicator, and I intend to self-install it (as I have experience as a former Ameritech tech), but I know that ASP will be available to assist me if necessary. Their attention to detail and unrivaled support are the primary reasons why we're still loyal customers today!
