Most of the time it's easily remedied, often without the need for a service call. We're glad to see that Emily is actively involved in the business, and that she's taking ASP forward into the future (this website is a good example of this). With the impeding loss of 3G service we have ordered an LTE wireless communicator, and I intend to self-install it (as I have experience as a former Ameritech tech), but I know that ASP will be available to assist me if necessary. Their attention to detail and unrivaled support are the primary reasons why we're still loyal customers today!

Other companies I had just gave us a quote based on how many cameras and never even saw the job When Superior first got to the house on the day of the job they walked around with us again to make sure we were all on the same page with the location of cameras. They were super patient and gave us their opinions which was nice. They were courteous and respectful when in the house and kept us informed on how it was going during install.
