Holy Cow! You may want to think twice about using this company! I hired them to do a simple job. I…read moreneeded two Cat5 drops installed at my home and to mount two wireless access points. It turned out to be a fiasco! (It started on a Wednesday) He ran the drops but did not understand the instructions for using the Aruba wireless/ HPe access point mounting kits (part number: AP-220-MNT-W2W). In the process, he cut up and damaged one of the mounts as well as made over 8 screw holes in my ceiling. When he was "complete" he quickly took my check and left. Within the first hour of his departure, the AP's received power via POE, but no data. I immediately called and texted him about the issue. He assured me that he was currently going to his next job, but would return the following day (Thursday). The next morning, I texted him at around 8:30 am to confirm he would return that day to correct the cabling issues. I received a reply, that he was indeed planning on returning that day to fix things. At 2:22 pm, I once again texted him to see what the ETA was on returning. His reply was that he was finishing up a job and would text me when he was on the way. At 6:33 pm, I received no calls or texts, so I once again texted him to see if he was indeed still coming. The reply was "I'm heading to pull footage for the cops", whatever that means..... After that text, I never received a call or text again. Fast forward to Sunday, where I had to hire another cabler to come in and fix this guys shotty work. In short, he made several unnecessary holes in my ceiling, cut up and damaged an AP mount kit, and literally mis-wired the RJ-45 end connectors. He literally flipped the pinouts from left to right. In short, clearly, this guy is a jack-leg who doesn't know what he is doing with regards to Cat5 drops, RJ-45, Ethernet, and keystone connectors. He tried to take the "money and run", so I had to put a stop payment on the check.

Successfully filed for default judgment. Reached out early November in hopes of getting paid something. He promises to write a check but doesn't say how much it's for. A month goes by and no check. His response was "I thought you had received it". Yeah right. Then he says he will drop it off at my house that day. Again no check. Now he's saying he didn't mail it because I wrote a bad review and if I want any money at all I have to delete the review. Wonder how many other people he's pulled this with? This man has not kept his word to me so many times I'm losing count.

We own the equipment at this point as we have already fulfilled our first 3 year contract. We are only paying for the monitoring now. We tried to have our renter take over the payments and put it in her named, or open her own contract. They don't offer contracts with renters, they said, but would look into it and let me know by the end of the day. Our renter was moving in and we needed to let her know. Four days later, after the renter moved in and opened a contract with a company who would work with renters, they said they would talk with her. Too late. Now that I've tried two methods to retain our contract and have been denied, I need to cancel altogether. Can't get anyone to answer my question over the phone and haven't heard back from the rep, Bryan, since Thursday. So frustrating as they want me to pay over $300 break contract. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!

Very impressed by these guys. We just purchased a home and were looking for a good local company to install our first security system. Ben (the owner) came over the day we called him for a consult. Everything was fairly straight forward. Two technicians came out on time to do the installation after I made an appointment. As promised, they installed the system in one day! My home size is over 5000 sf and the roof is pretty high! They use their commercial cable and wires instead of using the very thin wires in the box from the system. They explained me that the wires, which they are using are water-resistance wires and it is much better than the system coming with. Being security system newbies, Ben was kind enough to show us through how to use the system, even helped us install the APP in our cell phones. We love the system. The ability to control everything from the app is fantastic.. I feel good about giving my business to these local guys rather than one of the big horrible giants because they are like our friends helping!

He said the costco cameras come in plastic and he has a range of cameras in his warehouse. Anyway, looking a the size of my house he said the costco cabling system will need to be supplemented by his as there are over 100 feet of cables needed per camera. He said he would charge me $100 per camera for installation. Two of his technicans showed up at 9 AM as promised. They looked at my camera cables and all that. They also showed their system of cameras. He specifically demonstrated where the costco camera would break if there are high winds. i decided to go with his metal encased camera and the larger sized ones. He did all the cabling and got in internally into my closet. He also connected everything to my monitor and i had a live system working. i paid $1,200 for labor and 6 cameras. One year warranty. Lets see how it works. Ben is very professional and helpful.
