I, wish, I can award team of Hansel and Danny 10 stars instead of just 5 *. I had Dr. Computer Services come over to my 2-story home in Pearland, TX, this week on Friday 10/19/2018, to install LTS video surveillance system with video doorbell. I, decided to get this system installed by Dr. Computer Service because I heard good things about this company from previous clients and the way they came across when they stopped by to give me the estimate. They were very competitive and reasonable on their pricing. Both Hansel and Daniel (aka Danny) did absolutely FANTASTIC job in installing 4 IP cameras with 2 TB NVR and LTS video doorbell. The installation and the final setup and tuning went very smoothly with no damage to sheetrock as suggested by somebody else in one of the reviews. They left my home in pristine condition with NO trace of mess anywhere. Hansel & Danny - kudos & Hats off to you for doing a GREAT job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, open to suggestions and most important courteous in attitude. Hansel is very easy to talk to and very affable in nature and so is Danny. Hansel and Danny duo is the perfect team for this kind of work. They had perfect coordination throughout the installation. I, am, EXTREMELY happy the way this whole project was executed. Hence, I, decided to get a few more WiFi cameras installed, downstairs, by Hansel & Danny within next few weeks. I, HIGHLY, recommend Dr. Computer Service. P.S. I wanted to wait a while to post a proper review about these cameras; so here it goes: Danny came and did our installation in November as my family and I were going on vacation for Christmas holiday. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything after he was done. Hansel also stopped by just to see how things were going and introduced himself. The quality of these cameras are incredible and the money is absolutely worth it. I've had these 4 cameras installed going on 4 months now and it's the best decision I've made. We were out of the country for over 2 weeks and I was able to watch any and all activity around the house through the LTS Connect app. These are commercial grade cameras and we love them. I don't really have any issues with there being a lag when viewing it live or viewing it in playback. If there is, it's usually poor cell reception / service. I would say though, if you're not a tech savvy individual, take some time to play around with the system on a monitor and you'll see it isn't difficult at all. I would recommend these to anyone I know. Prior to installing these, I have had Vivint home security installed since 2015. The quality of their products doesn't even compare to this and that has to be paid monthly. With these cameras, you pay once and don't have to worry about being billed monthly. read more

These people are great, I've interacted with three of them and all of them were so nice. I needed my cameras as soon as possible and they came out the same day and got it done for me I had 8 cameras set up all around my house and they were able to get perfect views for me. Hansel and his helper had my whole family laughing during their time there! Erickson is also nice and professional. I had the cameras not even a full week and have already gave there number out to two people. I was able to ask Hansel any question i had and he responded with a very knowledgeable answer, and when they were done, they cleaned up their mess! We had Daniel and Hansel install 8 cameras in our home. We were pleased with the quote and pleased with the service. They really know what they are doing. After 8 cameras were installed they set up the computer and all iPhones so we could see the views of each camera. We decided to move one camera from the garage to the front porch and Hansel responded within a few hours. He came back out the next day and moved the garage camera to a new location. John Hansel was the camera technician who installed outdoors cameras at our residence. He was very professional, friendly, and patient he informed us on how to use the security system, he also help us install the APP on our cell phones. Although my husband asks him a hundred thousand questions he remains professional, and answers each and every question in a professional manner. Hansel is very professional and know his work. I have had security system installed before with the other guy but which turned out to be the waste of time. The system I had before quit working after few weeks, there were no customer response when contacted to that guy. Then, I hire Hensel and Hensel not only fix the issue with my previously installed but always replied whenever I need to troubleshoot. He is reliable, easy to reach and very friendly. He had to reconfigure an existing setup and he took it upon himself to call the equipment provider and update the firmware etc. and in the end had the cameras set up and ready to go. Hansel came out and knocked out 4 cameras in a few hours, and it was a really hot Houston summer day. Fortunately my stopped diapering so I haven't needed to identify the going around of my house but I did stop a burglar from breaking into my neighbors car only a week after the system was installed.
