I can truly see how much they adore my child. I have never felt like my son was just a chart number, which I have unfortunately experienced at different facilities. They are so personable and informative. I really wish I found Motivated Kids a few years ago. Finding quality care, especially for pediatric therapy services is touch here in Vegas. The Front Office staff is amazing as well, along with the Owner and Managers. I highly recommend Motivated Kids!!

When I called back, was told somesone will call me end of the week. Again nothing. On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

The process to just get started was so drawn out and took forever to get a call back. As a first time parent navigating the world of ABA, it was very overwhelming. The day we went to their office for the intake was the day we decided against going there. The office is NOT welcoming whatsoever for children. They try to make you believe children are so comfortable there but it doesn't give off that vibe. They were only interested in adding hours to our ABA therapy even though I said I didn't want to commit to a ton of hours. They literally kept pushing for 40hrs even though I said I maybe would be ok with 20. They did also say I could attend the ABA sessions until my child felt comfortable and when I asked about that in person, they immediately said I could not. This is a horrible business with staff who doesn't truly care about anything besides billing insurance. I sent an email stating I was withdrawing from their clinic and I didn't receive a response about why. Months later, they emailed a document for signature on hours they spent "doing their job" to submit to insurance. I can understand billing insurance for the time I spent in their office, but billing my insurance for time it took for them to write a report? Doesn't make sense. Like I said, unprofessional! They didn't respond to my email after I said I wouldn't be moving forward, but then they email asking for my signature to bill insurance? If that doesn't tell you what they're about then I don't know what will. There are so many other options in Henderson fro ABA. I would not recommend going here. I've been in touch with other ABA clinics and they have not treated me the way CARD did. Card is one of the reasons ABA therapy has a bad reputation. Parents, I urge you to find a place where you and your child feel comfortable. Don't settle for anything less than what you and your child deserve. They will try to sell you on how great their corporate company is but that doesn't even matter. I'd rather go with a small company who cares over a large corporate business who's only in it for the money.

While they are supposed to be the experts, they are apparently unable to diagnose those with less than stereotypically obvious ASD symptoms. Saying things like "His eye contact is too good" is what should be expected from someone whose training consisted of watching a 60 Minutes report about autism, not those that claim to be the best in their field. They also purport ridiculously unrealistic expectations to parents from a 1980s study that have never been replicated at the same rates. Bottom line, they're about making money and don't give a shit about your child's well being. Do yourself and your child a favor and find another provider ASAP. I just wish that I had sooner!
