I can truly see how much they adore my child. I have never felt like my son was just a chart number, which I have unfortunately experienced at different facilities. The Front Office staff is amazing as well, along with the Owner and Managers. I highly recommend Motivated Kids!!

Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

Then I wait for the check in tablet where a lady in front of me is having difficulty checking in. Then the receptionist said "you were going to be seen for speech therapy today but unfortunately you are late so you cannot be seen." I look at my watch and it shows 4:33PM. I said we were not late, we got here right on time and waited for the check in. She replies: "you were 2-3 minutes late and this is our policy". I explained again that we were not late, if anything we walked in at 4:30 sharp. She said "this is our policy. you have to be checked in by 4:30". I asked if she was joking and if she was really going to return a child in this condition. The reply was: "this is our policy". I asked to speak to someone else and the speech therapist walked out. And with a smile told me that this is their policy. I explained again that while yes, we could've been there 5 or 10 minutes earlier, this was our first speech therapy visit and sometimes it just takes a bit longer for our newly diagnosed child with DIPG to get out and walk. Also said we'll make sure we will account for that next time and be there earlier. The reply: "this is our policy. Fortunately, this won't count against you." I told her that knowing that this won't count against me made me feel really great, got my son and we walked out. Make your own conclusion and decide for yourself if you want your child there. While I'm all for "following the policy" I expect some understanding and compassion too.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

My son looks forward to seeing her each week. I love that they use neurodiverse-affirming play-based therapy techniques, so the kids are active and engaged. After spending an entire day searching for a new occupational therapist for my four year old autistic daughter after our move, speaking with Ms. Lacee was such a breath of fresh air. From the very first phone call, Ms. Lacee's phone etiquette was exceptional. Ms. Lacee was warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She communicated everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and followed through quickly exactly as promised. Every detail mattered to Ms. Lacee, and it showed. As both the owner and an occupational therapist, Ms. Lacee sets the standard for what pediatric healthcare should be. You can hear the passion in Ms. Lacee's voice and feel how deeply she cares about the children and families she serves. That kind of genuine compassion is rare. As a mother of a child on the autism spectrum, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to find the right providers. Ms. Lacee made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind from our very first conversation. That meant more than she probably realizes. Thank you, Ms. Lacee, for choosing this profession and for serving families with such excellence. Please never leave this field. Las Vegas needs more healthcare professionals like Ms. Lacee because families like mine certainly do. Ms. Lacee is filling a tremendous gap in pediatric healthcare for children on the spectrum, and our community is better because of her. I recommend Ms. Lacee wholeheartedly to any parent looking for an occupational therapist who combines professionalism, compassion, clear communication, and a genuine heart for children. Thank you, Ms. Lacee, for being such a blessing to our family and to so many others. True to the name Thrive Therapies, Ms. Lacee embodies what it means to help children truly thrive. Her compassion, excellence, and dedication shine through in everything she does. The name fits, the mission is evident, and Ms. Lacee is making a lasting difference in the lives of children and the families who love them.

From the very beginning, we felt seen, heard, and respected. Lacee takes the time to really understand each child -- not just their challenges, but their strengths, personality, and what helps them feel safe and supported. That kind of care is rare. Our son also receives speech services here, and the level of care across both occupational therapy and speech has been amazing. The team works so well together, and it really shows in how supported our son feels. What truly stands out is that it's not just Lacee -- everyone in her office is amazing. Every single person we've interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested. It honestly feels like finding unicorns all in one place, which, as a parent, you know is almost impossible. Lacee's advocacy made a huge difference for us, especially during our IEP process. Lacee doesn't just work with your child in sessions -- she shows up for them when it matters most. She helped ensure our son's needs were clearly understood and taken seriously, bringing knowledge, calmness, and clarity to what can be a very overwhelming experience. Shortly after starting school, our son went into crisis -- he stopped eating and drinking and was hospitalized for a week. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Lacee showed up for him and for us. She offered support, guidance, and practical strategies that truly helped us get through it. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget. The environment at Thrive Therapies is welcoming and sensory-friendly, which helped our son feel comfortable right away. We've seen meaningful progress, but even more importantly, our son feels safe and supported. There are a lot of therapy providers out there, but what Lacee and her team offer is something truly different. They show up, they listen, and they stand beside families when it matters most. For us, that made all the difference -- and it's something we will always be grateful for.

I am leaving a five star review for the excellent treatment discussion from Linda Ganz who assisted…read moreus greatly with my husband's future planning. Linda obviously has great experience in strategizing on how to get the best for a patient who has risk of aspiration pneumonia following a brain stem stroke. We sincerely appreciated her time and energy. The technology is really great because we were able to look at real time of my husband's current condition. Although we do not live in this area, it would be worthwhile to have Linda's expertise. Should there be no other individual available for the kind of aggressive treatment that she has recommended. There is a however, however: Should you be planning to come to this facility for expert evaluation, please be sure to hand carry any documents that you have signed for the purpose of the evaluation. I used my turbo scanner to scan my documents and email them to the referrals coordinator. I also carried them with me because I had a feeling this was a good idea. During my first telephone call to the office I was perplexed as to why, in the absence of the referrals coordinator that the person at the front desk who sits right next to the referrals coordinator, could not actually take the information being relayed and set up the appointment. This only requires a little bit of cross training. We had had several discussions on the phone with the front office about scheduling and paying for my husband's test, which was a modified barium swallow test. In the previous discussions, the office staff answering the phone 1) did not relay an email to the referrals coordinator and I had to call back after several hours to confirm that my information had gone through and 2) neglected to let me know that we needed identification for the patient. Despite the fact that I paid out of pocket on the phone for the test, and the patient is in a different facility from where I am driving, we had no idea that a drivers license was required. So, fortunately, I had a photograph of the patients passport, which includes identifiers. I have no idea what a person who does not drive would bring with them, but at any rate my husband was coming in a facility and I was coming from another part of the valley. If I were running an office (I have taught customer service for medical assistants) the patient's family should be apprised of everything that's needed in the first introductory telephone call to vegas voice Institute. While I was in the office awaiting my husband's transport van, I was answering questions for the individual at the front desk.went to sit down and await the test. The individual at the front desk came back to me and asked the questions again, which I had just answered. There was no one else in the office, there was no extraneous noise, and I spoke clearly. I don't know why this consistently gets stuck in my craw that a person can be hired and not trained in professional handling of information or of listening. This was 9 o'clock in the morning and this was not 4:30 PM when one's brain could possibly be a little foggy. Two stars for customer service. Takeaway message: you get what you pay for in terms of a front office impression if you don't pay for someone who can handle basic information. The building is great and accessible, however the complex only has a ramp several stores up so be prepared to park further west in the parking lot if you are transporting someone in a chair. This is not a huge problem when the parking lot is empty as it is at 9 AM but later in the day, this could be helpful for you.
