An hour later guy says we can't fix it we have to do other things and we are still going to charge you the $291 and on top of it an additional $291 to snake it from another area. I'm sorry but what just a money scam because the tech should have seen it after the first couple tries and not go outside and talk on the phone for most of the time. Do not use this company.

My brother and I when shopping for a new one and met Mike Ballester while he was buying 2 toilets for customer and we set up an appointment time. We met back at Home Depo he listen to what our needs were then show us two toilets and explain everything about toilets so we could pick the best one for us. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and while put on bootie ask about pets inside so they are safe. Before starting Mike lay down drop cloths and brought in wet vac.
