I'm from out of town. Found out I had a problem with hydro brakes on my gravel bike. Road trip from sea level and the jarring from bike rack possibly caused Issues. Anyway, went to couple bike shops who either didn't have bleed kit or were unable to take a look at it. These guys said bring it in. He bled it, fixed the problem within minutes. Quality shop with knowledgeable staff great customer service. Period. When I'm in this area, only 1 shop I will go to. read more

Love this shop! I like 4 hours away, don't have a bike shop where I am from. So every time I come down this way I stop in. Couple years back Chris did my bike fitting and recommended a new front end. Life got in the way, I emailed him asking if I could drop my bike off Friday or Saturday to get that new front end. He happily accommodated. I called on my way down because we hit bad weather and Amanda let me know they would be in the shop closing up if I was a little after 6 and they would keep an eye out for me. I arrived in town 6minutes because they closed and they got me right in. Even though I opted out of a new wireless bike computer they didn't change their attitude towards me!! I just LOOVE this place! I am an Athena Triathlete (female over 165lbs) they don't treat me like I am fat. They treat me like a triathlete!! read more

Decent shop, but the employees are major dickheads. I've purchased 3 bikes from them and they seem annoyed whenever I come in for a question or technical issue. They also sold me a mountain bike that was too small for me, causing me to lose a bunch of money in the process (had to sell it and buy a larger frame size). I wish I had the name of the gentleman that helped me, but everyone there that I've worked with has been super helpful in offering advice and helping me get my new (used) bike dialed in. I was mountain biking in a remote area and ran into a problem. After spending some time on the phone with me Max encouraged me to come on in. I made the 194 mile drive to the shop and my bike got immediate attention when I arrived. Before long I was back on the road. The final bill was higher than discussed and the resolution offered by management was more than fair, in my opinion, and I Ieft the shop ready for more trail riding. We are from Arizona and are spending some time in Fort Collins. We ride road and mountain bikes and needed to find a good local bike shop for some adjustments and parts while we are here. This is an excellent bike shop with a staff that makes you feel welcome from the moment you step inside the door. Note that we have been cycling for over 30 years and have been in too many bike shops to count. A bike shop is only as good as the people that work there. The people here are very friendly and have the technical skills and the people skills to do a good job for you. Bottom line- this is my go to shop while we are in Fort Collins. read more

Today was the third time visiting this bike store. I get an overwhelming feeling of confidence with these guys, they really do know what they are talking about. Till now I had been using another bike store in town only because it was close to my home but really they were 3rd class. They never had stuff in stock I was wishing to buy, there is zero consistency with the knowledge and professionalism of their staff. I had taken my MTB in to a few smaller local shops for a tune with mixed results. I just started to assume that the bike shops in town were all staffed with arrogant, pretentious hipsters. I was wrong! Took my bike to get a tune at Provelo, best tune I ever received, bike was like new again. When it was time to purchase another MTB, I knew where to go. I'm a pretty tall guy, they took the time to measure me and the bike and get me set up right. They even ordered a new stem at no charge to ensure the perfect fit.
