Reason for 4 stars was i needed a tire changed out and unfortunately they forgot to put some kind of rim or cover back on and after 2 days i ended up with a flat tire. They were not open because they have limited hours and i bike commute so had to go pay somewhere else for a tire and the thing they forgot to put on when they had it. I chose to try an e bike for the first time. My husband rented a manual street bike. It was an extremely hot day, but we had a good time. The bike store employee was extremely helpful. We were outfitted with our bikes in a short period of time. I was given instructions on how to use the e bike. Then we were off to explore. I am now a fan of e bikes! My aging knees are thanking me. I couldn't have been more wrong. They fixed everything and even upgraded something and it only cost me 13 dollars. I was freaking out thinking my bike was finished and they made my day. After returning them, we saw that Recycled Cycles was just across the street, so we ran over there to see about renting bikes. Their rentals were also not suitable but rather than spending a lot more of our time searching, and seeing that they had LOTS of used bikes for sale, I said to my wife, why don't we look into buying bikes. After only a very short search we found two suitable choices, in great shape and at very fair prices. I liked mine so much that I decided to leave it at our son's house to use on subsequent visits. My wife didn't love hers and decided to see if RC would be willing to buy it back. They did, AND gave her surprisingly great terms. Our son and daughter in law decided then and there that Recycled Cycles would be their bike shop of choice. In fact, later last year our son came back and bought a bike from them. Great service!
