Then after submitting it to insurance, if they overcharged you, you get the difference back in credit towards future services or a refund check. I spent the majority of the first session filling out a survey - this could have been done ahead of time with my other paperwork. They are also insisting I come 3 days a week, which I am pushing back against. If it is that urgent, please make the sessions a bit more productive.

They're all very invested in each patient's recovery and it was always very clear to me that they had my best interest in mind. PT can be pretty painful/uncomfortable/hard at times and they're very good at knowing just how much to push you. I was also really impressed with how flexible the scheduling is - there were a number of times where I had to come in before work and it was nice that they had such early hours, and I also rescheduled appointments around a fair amount (even the same day) and they were very accommodating.
