Broke my hand a few months after establishing service and she could not accurately diagnose it or even take an x-ray in the office. I was sent to get an x-ray at a place that could not get me in for 2 days. Her final suggestion was to "find an orthopedic." No splint, no cast, no references to another doctor/facility. Went to a local urgent care place and had it taken care of in 30 minutes. After several additional issues with the office on prescription refills and appointments, I changed to another group. I suggest you seek out s different practice if you have the opportunity.

We were frustrated and weren't sure if we could continue even though we love each other. Liz listened, provided education that changed our relationship, challenged us, and took time to get to know us. Liz is very intuitive. My husband is a tough cookie and is hard to get thru to and she did it! He also has so many wonderful things to say about Liz. I was hesitant at first because she appeared much younger than us (we are in our 60's) and our past counselors have been closer to our age which didn't work out so well, but I have to say she was it! Liz provided the counseling, we put in the work, and our marriage has changed. We have re discovered our joy and are so thankful. After completing our marriage counseling I opted to see her on a personal level. Just after 2 sessions, she totally understood where I was coming from and has provided excellent recommendations. Liz is truly an amazing counselor. If I had found someone like her years ago, I would have been a changed person. My physical therapist recommended this place, specifically recommended Lily Dawson, because she had been helpful to another client. That may be the case, but my experience has been a terrible one. I emailed and expected it may take months to get in as I said, but I was told end of April which was only 1 and a half months away. Reasonable. I waited and waited and in the last few days of April received an email that the wait list was taking longer to get through than expected. She attempted to push me off on a group session, something she should know I would be uncomfortable with if she had read what I initially wrote to her (they have you fill out a little thing about yourself on their site when you try to get in to see one of their counselors). A few days ago I get another email from Lily, this time saying there are 4 spots open. I respond within 24 hours (I work night shifts so answering emails during the day the second they are sent is tough for me). I then get an email saying all 4 appointment times are booked and I'm back on the wait list. So clearly this is a place that overbooks appointments and doesn't care about their patients health and well being. They just want to push you off on group sessions, lie about the timeline to get you in, and then expect an immediate response or else throw your appointment away. This is not how you treat people who need help and are going through a mental health crisis.

The ER visit was particularly impressive as I was seen, diagnosed , completed an CT scan and discharged with prescriptions in under 90 minutes. I recommend all Leavenworth retirees with disability ratings to take full advantage of this care that you earned.

I've…read morebeen going there for a bit over two years now and they are always courteous, thorough and gentle with my two little ones. Dr. Monzon is very knowledgeable, and takes time to answer all my questions and addresses all my concerns. I could not ask for a better provider for my children. The lab staff are also very good with children. Both my children are difficult to draw blood from, and they always get it GENTLY the first try. The check out receptionist is so delightful, the children AND I can hardly wait to say hello to her and schmooze her out of a few stickers! If I had one complaint, it would be the front reception staff. I have been made to wait as long as 15 minutes before being called to check in, because the front desk staff were chatting too much to notice a new name on the sign in clipboard.
