This branch's drive-thru ATM is out-of-order or can't do different functions (dispense cash, accept…read morechecks, etc.) regularly. The ATM in the vestibule is now only open when the bank is open. Inconvenient. The parking lot is so small you regularly have to wait for a parking spot. On the bright side, the staff inside does a good job. Teller Kathy, I think that's her name, is friendly, quick, and knows her stuff. They have two ATMs inside the bank as well so if the line is long you can use those instead, and I know the one on the left gives $5s and $1s in addition to $20s if you need smaller bills. The bankers at the desks are pretty efficient as well.

The times I had to interact with staff, so far it's been good no issues. But the one time I had to withdraw a 'large' amount for me the guy laughed and said that's not a lot. Even if it's not a lot to you and I gave you a slip of paper to read, don't say it aloud and scoff at me. Like someone could hear and rob me for $20. Anyhoo, def recommend going to Metuchen, staff is nicer and way more professional.

This…read moreused to be my bank years ago until one of the tellers messed up a deposit which then overdrew my account subsequently forcing me to have to scramble to come up with cash. Not happy camper which was why I left. However signed back up because well Wells Fargo sucks overall. So to my surprise they no longer offer the coinstar. WHAT THE HECK TD?! I know it was because of a counting error but you don't throw out the whole thing, you FIX it. So when I found this out I was pretty pissed. But David at this branch was kind enough to help me wrap all of the change I'd collected. Patiently and friendly to make the time go by. But I would think about reinstating the coinstar for people who may depend on it.

Some banks will charge you monthly fees that are ridiculous if you don't use direct deposit with their account. NY Community Bank and their affiliates don't.. I was able to also get a holiday account and vacation account with them as well... They do call their customers every so often to see if they are happy...
