The first paralegal, Isabella Vicentello, treated me like a criminal from day one and did not follow up properly. She left the firm and no one had the courtesy to inform me. Months went by, and I had to be the one to contact them to get updates on my own case. They assigned me a second paralegal, Jessica, who emailed me in February 2026 saying the expungement was completed and everything was ready. In June, I requested my background check with my license, and the charge was still there. I called again, and they assigned me a third paralegal, Veronica Reyes, who told me I needed to pay $45 to the Court for a certified copy and that this would resolve the issue. I went to the Court myself, paid, and then was told that the Court would send the copy to the DMV and that the firm had 'already done their part.' Now I will have to hire someone else to finish the follow‑up and confirm that the charge is removed from every agency. I paid everything upfront and received mistreatment, disorganization, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this firm. The main reason I asked him to withdraw from my divorce case was that I had previously paid him $2,500 to represent me in an injunction case against my partner (the same partner I'm still divorcing). He never informed me that the court offered free interpreters, and he didn't understand that in an injunction you only discuss recent facts. Instead, he brought up old issues and let my ex interrupt and defame me in court without defending me. In the divorce case, they never even filed the F-50 form or the affidavit, yet charged me $4,000 as if they had completed the work. Additionally, I called the firm many times asking about my refund, and they never gave me a clear answer. They said if I didn't sign to let him withdraw, we'd see each other in court and they'd charge me for it. I told them I wouldn't sign until they told me my refund amount, and they never did. In short, they did nothing and charged me anyway, and I find them to be quite inconsiderate and nearly dishonest.

I was told to document everything, but I was never asked for any of it. Every month or so I would get another bill for $1500 or $2500. So a year and $15000 later, I am still not divorced and my daughter does not live with me because my lawyer did not fight for me. When I told them I could not pay anymore, they actually asked me if I had family or friends I could borrow it from or credit cards I could use, really? How sad that when people are at a very low point in their life, these people take full advantage. Please if you need an attorney, do your research and choose wisely.
