I had a roof and exterior project with this company. Long story short, faulty roof install, specifically around the flashing of the chimney that the owner never fixed or paid for. Leaks observed in the following winter season after install that were never repaired or resolved. Even though it was under warranty in the contract. We also had issues with their exterior painting subcontractor who was very hostile towards our concerns of painting in the winter (cold temps and rain- we wanted to wait until spring. We insisted which drove him into a fit). The bigger issue was with the roof leak however and after contacting the Viktor the owner he offered to pay for the repairs (We had to hire another roofing company to come and fix, and also hire a mold mitigation company to remove mold). He never paid after over many months of notice. These problems are often resolved in legal mitigation with a contractors bonding company, however we discovered he had been recently sued by someone else for over $16k which drained their bond. Thankfully the other roofing company did a solid job of fixing the leak issues and mold mitigation company also did a perfect job removing mold so there is happy ending to the roof. However, do your homework on Washington labor and industries website https://secure.lni.wa.gov/ before hiring this company, or for any contractor for that matter. As of now their license is suspended, but yet they still advertise. Be careful out there! read more

I hired Viktor with Provision Remodeling to hang new cement board siding on my home and remove the drywall infested LP siding which was failing and original to our home. We went through him for exterior paint as well, which he insisted on using Sherwin Williams for, as they are considered the best quality. In the process of having our home looked over to see what projects we could afford to do, we had an unpleasant surprise in finding out the previous home owners...who replaced the roof themselves...laid the roof shingles incorrectly and therefore we had swelling and imminent failure. I received quotes from four exterior siding companies, as well as six roofing companies. I could have gone with two separate companies but Viktor won my business for two reasons. He was competitive with the siding and roofing companies I was seriously considering and he was very communicative. He answered so many questions. We have never had major home repairs done. We both had family and friends pepper us with horror stories of companies giving them a reasonable price and then tacking on thousands in charges at the end. I probably drove him a little nutty with all my concerns before we agreed to sign the contract. Then, after we signed, we added on work we hadn't realized needed to be done as well. For one, I thought the rubber trim wood around garage doors was part of the siding. It is not. Ours was in need of replacement. Our exterior outlets were outdated and out of code, as they were original to the house...twenty-five years ago. We asked for our bathroom exhaust fans to be replaced, which were accessed via the attic and that led to finding out our master bath vent was never even hooked up...just a fan box buried in insulation. That answered why we kept having motors burn out every two to three years. There was trim replacement which was unplanned for as well. There were a couple of delays, but Viktor was always responsive and reassuring when those happened and the work was not only done but done so well I've had multiple people, in the neighborhood, comment on the quality of the final job. His employees are friendly and patient with my curious George mind...asking about every little thing, as I just never stop asking how things work. He even went above and beyond. I ordered a new sliding patio door from a door company he works with all the time and when they were not communicative, Viktor followed up with them to find out what was going on. The additional charges for the work added after contract signing was very reasonable. I am fully confident in my recommendation of Viktor and his team. They are perfectionists, professional, patient, communicative, and friendly. I am very happy I chose to give Provision Remodeling my business and would do so again. read more

We had some water damage to our siding due to some faulty caulking. This came up in a home inspection. I called around to several businesses, and most were reluctant to even send someone out to look because it's a 'small' job and they were too busy. Viktor and Provision Remodeling, however, seemed happy for the call and sent someone out within a couple of days. We receive a comprehensive estimate which we liked and engaged them to do the work. Once the siding came off, it was obvious that the damage was worse than initially thought. It brought the cost of the project up slightly, but nothing outrageous. It seemed to me for the amount of time they were there and work they did (as well as materials) we got a good bargain. They ultimately replaced all the siding around our chimney as well as the wood underneath and the protective sheeting. It took about 2.5 days. The work seems great and is of higher quality than the original siding on our house. Overall, I was quite happy. read more

This review is so far overdue, but still wanted to leave my feedback since they did such a great job for me this last spring! I had a lot of water damage on the lower part of my siding, which they fixed by installing a belly band. Victor came out the next day after I contacted him and they were able to start the project the next week. Their estimate was extremely detailed and thorough, with itemized print out of all the materials and labor. If anything comes up during the project (ie: more dry rot was found, etc), they'll write you up a new change order and explain everything with the updated costs. (no surprise $300 extra bill at the end, like I've had with other contractors) Victor was also great at keeping me updated on what days he was going to be working, and regularly gave me updates on times when he'd be showing up. They were incredibly respectful, friendly, and left everything very clean (I've had other contractors leave trash in the yard, dirty undershirts in the recycling bin & yell on the phone with their baby mama, so their tidiness & professionalism is super appreciated!) All in all, I would absolutely recommend Provision Remodeling! If you guys ever expand to doing other projects like interiors, I would hire you in a heartbeat :) read more

Provision swooped in and fixed some major issues that came as a result of a different contractor. When people saw our house before, they felt bad for us :) The previous contractor didnt finish his work and, what they did do, was done very poorly. Provision came in and did an amazing job and in record time. Our house is very large and they we able to side the majority of the home in just a few weeks. They also redid the window trim. Now when people come over they comment on how good the house is looking. Take it from me, hire Provision and save yourself the hassle of having a bad contractor control your life. Dont be like us. We sued the previous contractor for $63,000 and won, but he didnt have a dime to his name. So we essentially got the $12,000 bond and hired to Provision to right all of the wrongs. And did they ever!!!!!! They are extremely professional, skilled, hard working and morally amazing people. I WILL hire them again and again and again. read more

I would absolutely recommend Andrey and Provision Remodeling for siding, trim and gutter installation. We were having work done on our house and during the demolition of our bathroom, it was discovered that the siding was improperly installed which had led to extensive rot over time. The LP siding on our house (1900 sq ft) had problems and we decided to replace it with James Hardie planks. We asked three companies for estimates. One of these was Provision which we found on Yelp; Provision got back that same day, looked at the house, and came up with a very reasonable estimate of the cost of the work including the painting. They did a great job: we have had many compliments from the neighbors on the look of the house. They are friendly and courteous, worked hard under hot conditions, and tidied up when they had finished, leaving the outside of the house very neat. They were very careful with the garden plants as well. I especially liked the way that they stayed within the estimate. It was explained at the start what would be added on if rot was found - no "surprises"! (Some rot was found.) You know where you are with these people and they get back to you quickly if you have any questions. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent! I highly recommend using Provision Remodeling. We found this company through Yelp, and so glad we did! Andrey was our main contact and he is great to work with. He is very responsive, does what he says, shows up when he says he will (or calls if he might be a little late), and the work done is to perfection. We had a ton of rotted and damaged 2x4s and rim joists all across the back of our house (due to the original deck from the 80s not being flashed at all). The day the guys were going to start the work, there was rain in the forecast. Since the back of my house was going to be open and exposed during the construction, Andrey was able to get a large crew onsite to get the work done before any rain would come. My dad, husband, and I watched the work as it was being done, and it was done to perfection. Andrey made sure that we were happy with all the work, and he made sure everything was done right and to code. We got multiple quotes, and Provision was competitive and fair with their pricing.
