Nicole herself has a background in grant funding, LGBTQ+ organizing and activities and politics, I believe. She offers consulting for groups and companies on topics related to Community Engagement, Racial Equity and Communications. She's a small, female-owned business owner that knows our city and knows what she's talking about. I usually dread facilitators in professional situations, but Nicole Thomas was the best one I've encountered in Cleveland. She is kind, patient, and encourages an intelligent and safe discourse. I actually felt like she took the time to understand our nonprofit board and our nonprofit before leading out sessions, which was really appreciated. We had a great discussion with her and its clear she is very passionate about her work. I would highly recommend her services.

The techniques and strategies they taught were super practical and went way deeper than I expected. You could tell how educated/experienced they both are and how much they care about helping people grow their skills. They also offer a Sales Mastery course if you want to dive in even further, which I think would be awesome for anyone looking to level up their approach to sales or business.
