    I can deal with (though I shouldn't have to) poor communication and plans changing without talking…read moreto me. I am not happy about it, but I can deal with it, even if on the daily. Even if it meant coming home from a night shift and going to sleep and them packing my whole downstairs when it was just supposed to be one room. I didn't have a choice, my insurance company used them. What I am livid about, is an art piece being damaged, when they packed up my house as part of their poor communication. It was unintentional and they didn't know, I'm guessing, but don't pack art if you don't know how to do it without damaging it. I'm really sad about it, as this was particularly important to me.

I got vague answers and no prices until the last day from Naomi. USAA has no records of you guys talking to them, I talked with Jacobe on 5-25-2021 and he never heard from you guys and nothing in the records of it. But back to the real objective: you sent guys out to my house without experience or real knowledge of the job they were tasked to do. I fully understand that you make your money off of your equipment running so we need to have a serious conversation about it. My crawl space has water in it due to the high water table in Aumsville when I explained that to your crew they were very confused. So that tells me no experience, you guys are supposed to be water experts and if you had experience your guys would have looked down 10ft from the insulation they tore out and seen the sump pump was plugged and taken 30 sec to unplug it and water would have flowed just fine. Once again no experience and no supervisor to help them grow and get better. Your crew showed up with not enough hand tools to do the job, so I had to loan them mine. They said the other crew had good tools. Throughout the process I first started dealing with Sabastion and getting a game plan on what to do about the house and yes I was concerned about prices and what insurance will cover or not, that's why I didn't allow you guys to go hog wild on tearing everything out of my kitchen that was unnecessary. Now let's talk about a few line items that standout on your invoice. #1 What day was this set up on. #2 Tandem trailer dump garbage for $284.48 that was about $25 a few at the dump on Gaffin road which they pass on the way home. #3Protective gear only a total of 4 people went under my house during the whole process so not sure how you bill 8 #4N-95 mask only 2 guys had them on under house and they were old ones when they showed up. Don't get me wrong I am all about protection and safety but if I'm getting charged for it then at least let your employees have the gear. #5 Gloves I'm good with this #6 Water extraction 5 hrs on the main level not sure what water you extracted but there was no water to extract on the main level. #7 Please explain the 16hr #8 6hrs for after hrs WHAT your guy shows up in less than 10 minutes on Sat and Sun and he looked through the hole in the kitchen floor and saw the standing water couldn't understand why the fans were in the crawl space blowing moisture to the spot trying to dry out.  Then he made a phone call to someone asking why the equipment was running in the crawl space, he wanted to close the hole up but management told him not to. Only one tech came to the house, not 2 and never went into crawl space. Either on Sat or Mothers day Sunday. #9 I'm fine with this charge other than I did a lot of help cutting the floor out. # 10 I'm fine with # 11 I'm fine with # 12 I'm fine with # 13 Air mover. I assume these are the fans so not sure what you're charging. Please explain what the 25.40 each for quantity is. # 14 Dehumidifier once again not sure what 14 each is I assume the 75.05 is per day if you're charging 14 days then thats a rip off it was there for 5 days. # 15 Air Scrub only was used from 4PM on Friday and pulled out at 10 AM monday so not sure how you got 5 days. # 16 Hepa filter if this is for the vacuum cleaner we used for the demo of the floor then please I want to see a receipt that you put a new one in the poor vacuum cleaner that has more miles then a hippy van. #17 I'm fine with it if it's actually mold killer but who knows it's just in a yard sprayer that looks like water with no odor. # 18 I'm fine with it. But the fact that I didn't know my window would be left open for 3 days while the scrubber was being used wasn't cool and Insurance didn't like to hear that either. # 19 Really confused and disbaleth on how much Insulation was taken out. # 20 Mold killer not sure why it's twice as much as the insulation that was removed on line item #19 # 21 Water extraction from the hard service floor doesn't work since my crawl space is dirt, rock and plastic. So please explain this charge # 22 Water extraction for 7 hrs in the crawl space would be false. Your crew was only out here for just under 5 hrs # 23 This I assume are the fans again so not sure what the 30.48 is each. You guys had 5 fans in the crawl space and 5 in the kitchen so shouldn't this match line item # 13 # 24 Dehumidifier once again not sure what the 14 is. Is 14 supposed to be 14 days?? Going back before you came to do the Demo Sabastian came to my house to go over a few things and I asked him roughly what this would cost he said $2000 to $3000 so when an invoice for over $8000 comes across that's why I have a problem.
