It took him about an hour and a half to get the water heater up and running. He then came into the house and crawled under the kitchen sink where the cold water valve, which was a push/pull valve, was shutting itself off due to internal failure allowing the line pressure to overcome the valve lock pressure, pushing it closed. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Rodney took about an hour to change all three valves which is record time as the offending valve was up high and directly behind the sink. But he got it done and left no mess anywhere. Rodney is a straight shooter who gets the job done. Sure glad I called him.
