This service is something you would expect in a large city with no care for its people. My warranty company chose them to replace a fan in the house and the tech couldn't complete the job the same da the next day he called me to collect a fee, he left a voice-mail stating he forgot to get the fee. I called back and had to leave. Voice-mail and asked when they would complete the work and normally they are paid when when complete the work. 3 days later I get a call and they tell me i need to go to home depot and buy my own fan and they will reimburse me. I'm at work and don't have time to argue about them doing their job so I tell them I'm ending the call. I get a text right away making threats about getting me blackmailed from insurance companies. He also told his boss that I refused to pay and slammed the door in his face. The kicker is I have a camera with sound inside and outside my house. I have the voice-mail I also have the texts as proof. I went to the business in person to pay and they were hostle and rude. Refused to listen to and watch the proof their tech lied and the lady told me I had to leave. Sherman is home of great. I'll gladly play the voice-mail and camera footage for anyone who wants it.
