We picked 20 lbs of strawberries and then made some cheesecakes later. We froze some for future use and also gave some away. It was great to be out in the fields picking berries on a hot, NY summer day.

This cider spoils after a few days because it's the real deal - not chemically charged. Pay attention to the labels and ingredients at other places, they often contain pear juice, and some don't even say Cider on the label. McMarleys is authentic and is a beautiful scenic road too,. be careful pulling out of their driveway - people drive too fast on the road and their is limited site distance.

The cider slush was also a highlight and made that sweet cider taste even better. @clintoncidermill also sells soups, cookies, pies, coffee cakes and frozen pot pies. If you find yourself in the area, be sure to stop in. It is only open seasonally, so come Thanksgiving, @clintoncidermill will close until next August!
