The couple owns and operates a 100 goat farm in Sharon Springs and sources goat milk from other US farms to produce the full product line. Their retail store here is beautifully designed and well stocked. I was completely unfamiliar with this brand but it apparently has quite a following. I tried their goat milk lip balm which is fine but IMO not the best lip balm I've ever used. Service here was friendly and kind. Would definitely stop in again and maybe try their soaps.

We were sitting outside near a tree that was growing through the deck with a hole surrounding it. I went to put my purse on the back of my chair and it fell in the hole!! About 3 ft. down. Luckily the charming owner got a younger member of the kitchen staff to crawl below the deck and retrieve my purse. My hero! They really should put some mesh over the opening. After that the owner started talking to us and told us some very interesting stories. We were the only ones there so he had time to chat with us. It was fun! The staff was very kind and accommodating, providing me with not only a hot, hearty breakfast burrito but also tips and activities to do nearby. The most memorable thing for me was the side salad, which had a delicious apple cider vinegar Dijon dressing that my waitress was more than happy to share the recipe for. At this cafe there is a wonderful assortment of cheeses from across the state, as well as a variety of IPAs for those interested.
