The first time I went I thought I'd finally found someone really good at doing my nails. When I made an appointment for my second visit the owner said we could do the mani/pedi at the same time. I was delighted... time saver! I showed up for my second visit on time. No one was ready for me. Had a guy do my pedicure. The owner was nowhere in sight. Had the pedicure done. Then found out the owner was "on her way". The owner was almost 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment (excuse being traffic). And then ... the nail job was horrible! I hesitated to go here, because most of the reviews were bad, but I really wanted a pedicure and the salon across the street with better reviews was over an hour late opening up. I'm so glad I decided to chance it. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had, and I've had at least 100. The technician, Lee (or maybe Li?) really took her time on my rough feet, especially on my one damaged thick toenail that most nail techs breeze past. The leg and foot massage was also great. Horrible nail techs. Not skilled in filing. I got a deluxe pedi and gel manicure. I had to continually guide the tech on missed parts. My toes are unevenly shaped and unevenly buffed which causes the polish application to look horrible. It looks like I need another coat bc of the unevenness. I even had them swap out nail tech. I'm very disappointed as I'm visiting here on vacation. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. read more

Never have I ever received more horrible or rude service. I have been a customer at Elite nails for years but I can assure you this will be my last visit. I asked for SNS POWDER and the nail tech suggested a different POWDER in which I agreed. He did a full set as you typically would. He started painting my nails. He asked how I liked them and I replied, I don't. You can tell where you polished them. Please remove the polish and do SNS as I requested when I walked in. He got the manager and she explained that they couldn't do that but that I could have it done next time. She was extremely rude and made a scene in front of the whole Salon. She also said, "if you like Kevin to do your nails just stick with him next time". When asked why, she said the nail tech would have to soak off what he just did. I replied with, ok I can do that. She wouldn't allow the tech to do so. When going up front she charged me $60 for nails when I normally pay $50 AND they did a crappy job on them! I will NEVER come to Elite nails again. My nail tech was Kevin (ho) WORST ARTIST EVER. I got a basic French tip set and they were short and he overcharged me $100 for it . The service was terrible he kept messing up and had an attitude with me like it was my fault. I was quiet the whole service. Never again read more

Well it's hit or miss according to who you get. They are very pushy about using the most expensive product or choosing the most expensive pedicures,etc. if you don't choose the most expensive ones I feel you get subpar quality and treatment. Went in asked for an over lay on my nails because I had broken a few and wanted them to look nice for my kids graduation first thing that happens is I get charged extra because she had to use the paper that you use to build a nail so fine it's weird that it has to be done that away for the length that I am getting and not to mention this is not the first time I have gotten it done but not with them so I get home and run my hand through my hair and it snags on the nails I take a closer look I have extra acrylic left on my hands the paint has lumps and bumps in it cuticles anyway I get in the shower grabbed my towel and it I feel pain nail has popped up and tore my bottom nail long story short I go to them and complain about the work and they try to tell me that it's because it's almost time for a refill and my nails where to short from the start and excuse after excuse I could go on the whole point is when I left out of the salon I spent 150. And got unprofessional work done so I advise you find somewhere else to go read more

Horrible, horrible experience. The price changed from the time we sat down to the time we paid. A service was added on that we didn't authorize or realize we were getting. When I expressed concern over the quality of the SNS that I received, management was rude and hostile- telling me there was nothing wrong. Originally I asked if I could return the next day to have it corrected and was told yes ( we had been there over 1.5 hrs at this point). However after the manager yelled and argued with me involving the whole salon, I just told them I would not be back. I paid the $145 for an adult pedicure and SNS nail polish/11 year old pedicure and SNS polish and that's the last drop of money they will get from me. I felt the price was not clear and when disputed, the employee turned hostile. I also felt management handled my concern/complaint in a very unprofessional manner. read more

The lady doing my nails kept getting up and leaving. I just got acrylics and they took two hours. I kept telling her I wanted a new nail polish coat underneath and she would not add it she did not let me pick the length of my nails either and clip them way too short without even asking what length I wanted read more

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The 30-35 min pedicure took 15 min with minimal to no massage and just slapped the polish on. No one was waiting. It wasn't even near to closing. They were angry that we didn't want the expensive package. Will never go back again. Terrible. Terrible. read more
