I asked multiple times for pricing on a clearly defined request: two syringes of cheek filler, including common options such as Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, or RHA 4. Instead of a meaningful estimate, I was told the price could range from $400 to $3,000. That range is so broad that it is almost meaningless. The real concern is that the practice then expects patients to pay a $250 consultation fee just to find out what the service may actually cost. I fully understand that a physician needs to evaluate anatomy, goals, product choice, and treatment planning before giving a final recommendation. But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. My concern is with the business policy and the lack of upfront pricing transparency. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I found this approach troubling. Patients should not have to pay $250 just to get basic pricing information for a commonly performed cosmetic service. It creates mistrust and makes the financial side of the practice feel opaque and unfair. I chose not to move forward because I did not feel comfortable with the pricing process. I told her I wanted to book the facial for my birthday and mentioned purchasing on Groupon, she told me NOT to, just book through her and she'll honor the Groupon price since Groupon takes percentages of their sales from them. She then charged me 50% of the groupon price for my facial since they charge 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the services. Fast forward about three or four weeks later to the day of my service..... I go to check out with Becca who did my facial and was being charged the original price of the facial NOT the Groupon price ($190 MORE). Now I'm not gonna get to the nitty gritty and go word for word of my exchanges between Becca or with Faith but what I can say is.. thanks to Faith I will NEVER return here again! She was SO SO SO SO SO RUDE and SOOOOOO condescending. She kept saying 'This is how much the facial is, the groupon deal is A CRAZY discount' (I know that's why I was purchasing on Groupon????). I brought up the original receipt she charged me on the day I booked the facial, which was 50% of the total price $36.06, meaning on the day of my facial Id pay the other 50%.... $36.06 but she kept trying to charge me $190 and saying 'I'm getting a really good deal' and that 'Groupon wouldn't charge this' .. even though I had the literal receipt from Groupon showing the price being $72.13........ and the words that really stuck with me the most from Faith were, '... well so what is it that you are looking to or wanting to pay...' as if I'm some broke person that can't afford the facial and am only looking to pay what I can afford?... Faith I'm literally paying for WHAT YOU AND I AGREED ON THE DAY OF SCHEDULING TO PAY?! I'm so confused as to why she's confused.. we literally spoke on the phone and she told me she'd honor the Groupon price.. which is exactly why that's 50% of what you charged me when I booked.. with the understanding I'm paying the other 50% OF THE GROUPON price on the day of my service. WHY DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON IF YOU ARE SOOOOOO MAD WHEN PEOPLE GO TO USE THEM . I literally would never go back here again just because of how rude, condescending, and insulting Faith was!! Go literally anywhere else!!!!
