Finding the Kiwi Spa office was a bit tricky. There was a big banner at the smog check place that said "Kiwi Spa next door". I thought that was tacky. When I arrived 20min prior to my appointment, I saw the text check-in sign but no staff around. I checked in by text, proceeded to the waiting area, and was eventually greeted. I went with the Royal Treatment. Honestly, it was just okay--I've had better. What bothered me most was the customer service. The aesthetician was chatting with coworkers during my facial, which made it hard to relax. She also skipped parts of the lymphatic massage, and I had to ask her to go back and finish. On top of that, her breath wasn't great--she definitely could've used a mint or worn a mask. I really wanted to love this place because of all the great reviews, but my experience didn't measure up.
