this is the third tournament we have played here in the past three years. thank goodness. the poor management has not changed. they knew they were having a tournament this morning BUT in the Ladies Restroom there was no soap in any of the dispensers. this was at 7:30 am. as of 8:30, still no soap. concession stand not open either. this place sucks. read more

So the indoor soccer referees have no common sense they do not respect players and coaches,and the calls make no sense.

My daughter had a couple basketball tournament games here in March, 2018. It's a pretty standard complex with something like 8 basketball courts and a indoor turf area. Snack bar is a bonus. You may actually find closer parking to the entrance across the street. read more

I played indoor soccer here and it was fun. The facilities are modern enough and there are numerous basketball courts and a large soccer field. The goals are good and the bounces off the wall are true and feels right. The turf is in good shape and the scoreboard is easily visible to all. There is a large set of bleachers for fans to sit. There is also plenty of parking although you may have to walk a bit. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is that you cannot get a player card made here. All players must pay $10 for a card with your picture on it to ensure that you are on the roster. I have no problem with that. The fact that you cannot get them here and have to go to another PSA location is hard to understand. read more

Wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to!!!! Absolutely the worst soccer league!!!! We have multiple teams and our schedule was released to us which was fine then all the sudden they changed our schedule without even asking or approving it with our coach!! We have multiple locations we play at may I add so the new schedule we got we had conflicts with other games. With multiple attempts to reach someone through emails and calls from both our coach and manager, still no response from anyone! DO NOT play in this league!!!! Unfair to these kids and parents who have previously set their schedules and will change it up on you without even consulting you or your managers! Won't waste my money AGAIN!!! read more

What an awesome place for kids to come and play basketball and volleyball. There are tons of courts here at this location. If you are needing to sign your kids up for a sport, here's the perfect place to do so. With tons of seating for the kids and parents, courts are clean and brand new! There are tons of teams that practice here and compete, so I'm not sure if you can just show up and play. read more

This is the WORST organization I have ever seen in my life, do not waste your time sending your kids here. Refs are bad and management is bad, I wasted my money. Whoever is running it has NO clue, bad experience for the kids. read more

Rules change daily for this PSA location. With ZERO notice via email, their website or info distributed to coaches to disperse to their players. Yet they have NO PROBLEM sending an email asking for registration money. The Fieldhouse locations never have a problem communicating their changes in adequate time. read more

Its a good sports facility. We play the indoor soccer there. The turf is good and no complaints there. I haven't taken a tour of the entire facility but they do have a few Basketball courts as well. However they charge some good amount of money for the leagues. I feel they could get more people joining and more response if it was lowered. Not deserving 5 as it is not that big and pricey. read more

I read the other reviews. PSA is a non-profit org, and yes they have mgmt problems. But if your coach is willing to take the time and effort to work with them, then most of your issues will eventually get resolved. I've coached volleyball for well over 3 years there, and I'd honestly recommend PSA to anyone that is looking to begin playing. It's perfect for beginners despite the issues. There are no better alternatives in the metroplex for what you get for the price - especially for grade levels below 5th - and the facilities are great. My daughter started at PSA and now plays club, and we've been all over the metroplex. Team fees are based on team size. In rec league volleyball, playing time for everyone is equal. If you want a smaller price (and also less playing time), then join a bigger team. The online standings always lag behind, but only because the coaches do not update them in a timely manner as required by PSA. Yes, PSA should modify the rules to force the lazy coaches to enter the scores. Drives me crazy too. I have rarely had a problem with any of the referees. Yes, some are very young and inexperienced, but many of the issues arise because the coaches do not know the rules. The parents and coaches are way more confrontational to the refs than the refs are to the coaches. In fact, the coaches and parents act very immature compared to the teenage refs. And I say that as a coach. For a good experience at PSA: Take the time to ask questions and to find a seasoned coach that knows how to work with PSA and understands the rules. read more

My son has played for PSA for years. I am beyond upset that the Thunderbolts coach can scream that there is only good player on our team, scream at our coach and make the entire game an embarrassment. To top it all off this same coach can lie about the score because they are such a poor sport. Kids should not be subject to hear these things. I have requested a call or email back from PSA and have heard nothing. ASA will at least call you back. read more

F- to the management and so called leaders of this place. They can never get scheduling right. Break teams up, never let teams mature with each other. And puts a tons of beginners in with seasoned kids. Seasoned kids get held back because of lack of experience. They should have beginner levels for 2-3 seasons then move up in class. read more

Very poorly managed unless you are on an existing team. My daughter was assigned to a new team for basketball and ended up only playing half the games as we had to forfeit for not enough players. We also only had half the practices. Very disappointing for my daughter. We paid the entire $130 registration fee to play half of the games and practices. What a rip off. The refs were better than fieldhouse though and more consistent with their calls. read more

Poorly managed. Political. Basketball times are constantly being shifted because the games run over. Soccer fields are never available for practice because there are too many teams. Games are almost always one sided because the teams are not competitively matched. Leadership at PSA sucks. read more

The facilities are excellent, that is the only good thing. The scheduling is erratic and done when the program directors feel like it. The online standings are never updated and often the wrong scores are entered for the wrong teams. The majority of the referees are very poor and a couple of them are very confrontational. Not to mention that the team fees are higher than anywhere else in the area, you would think the customer service and services provided would be top notch. Your money is better spent somewhere else! read more

Had a volleyball tournament here this weekend and the food court took forever! Twenty minute ticket times for a hot dog and french fries. Love the facility, hate the food court. read more
