    On 02-12-2026 I took my package to BoxCar Shipping with a Prepaid Fedex Label containing very…read moreimportant and senstive information for a client. Staff at BoxCar received my box and I received a printed receipt. I left the building feeling confident that my package was in good hands and that my client would receive it in a couple of days. In approximately 1 week my client called and asked about the package that had not been received so I looked up the tracking number on the Fedex website. To my dismay I found that Fedex had no record of picking up my package at BoxCar. I called BoxCar and a young man informed me that occasionally boxes were picked up by the wrong carrier and that often it took as long as two weeks for those packages to be returned to BoxCar. Apparently there is no system or supervision at BoxCar to ensure that the correct carrier picks up the correct package. It is now two weeks and 1 day since my package has been lost by BoxCar. This contained documents which, in the wrong hands, could easily be used for the purpose of Identity Theft and as of this date I have no idea what type of repercussions my client will suffer as a result of carelessness on the part of BoxCar staff. It isi also interesting to note that the website shown on Yelp and also on my BoxCar receipt does not exist or is not accessible. I am now driving to Tyler from Mineola when I have important documents to mail. Fedex has an Office there and does not offer services to other carriers. It takes considerable time to do this but at lease now I can sleep nights.

I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. Very happy with the staff and the wonderful service I received.

I have video evidence showing the package being scanned and physically loaded onto a UPS truck... and then it somehow vanished into thin air with no further scans or accountability. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information and spent months trying to get answers. UPS continued stating there was no evidence the package entered the network beyond drop-off, despite the fact that I literally have proof of it being loaded onto their truck. To make matters worse, because my label was purchased through Shippo, communication and responsibility kept getting redirected elsewhere even though UPS was the company that physically lost the bag. The compensation offered was minimal and did not come close to reflecting the actual value or significance of what was lost. At some point, it felt less about genuinely helping locate the package and more about quickly closing out the claim and moving on. I understand situations like mine may fall into the "1%" of lost packages, but I truly hope UPS revisits how those rare situations are handled because customers deserve better communication, transparency, accountability, and actual support when something this important disappears after entering UPS custody. I honestly still hope the package somehow miraculously turns up one day.

    Do not get a PO Box at this location! These hourly wage workers couldn't care less if you get your…read moreimportant documents placed in your box. I've had IMPORTANT mail... that's documented to have arrived to their location; however, my mail never made into my box. Literally, will careless place your mail in other people's boxes. I've had credit cards and state documents be opened by other box holders because of their carelessness. I am planning to place a complaint with the state as well as better business bureau and speaking to my attorney on this issue. Black older women with glasses hung up in my face when I stated how upsetting it is that they aren't placing my mail in my PO Box.

It was about 8:30 am when I came in. Brandy was my cashier(not sure if that's what they are called) but she helped me send out all my packages including international. I had 5 packages in total and had no idea what to do. She was kind and patient, I know it was early and I'm a talker, and even though she didn't speak much she made me feel very safe to be able to just talk and express my concerns I had with international shipping. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. I shipped all 5 boxes for less than $150 using standard shipping. The entire team was so kind and handled my packages with care and even helped me make adjustments to them. Great spot!!!
