I made an appointment yesterday for today and was looking forward to a reading based on the positive reviews. though I had read that there is history of Crystal not showing up for scheduled appointments I thought booking 1 day in advance would be safe. Unfortunately, I was wrong and when I arrived I was told she had left to run errands and would be back in 1-3 hours though her daughter could do a reading instead. Her daughter called her to let her know I was there and she denied us having an appointment. No one is worth this kind of rude and thoughtless customer service. I have been to many psychics and I have to say that Crystal is the best psychic I have seen. She has given me two tarot readings and I have already seen many things she has said in our sessions come to fruition!
