I study astrology and often struggle to find professionals that can go beyond a surface level and give the in-depth interpretation I'm searching for. There's a huge difference between reading a birth chart and interpreting a birth chart. My astrology peeps will really get that. He encouraged me to record the session which I deeply appreciated. He provides a wealth of information and it can be overwhelming to process all at once. I have the audio file in my phone library and will re-listen to it the next time I take a walk. Having that replay is so insanely valuable as I continue the long term study of my own chart. I was super comfortable on Zoom with Dan. He is extremely personable, kind and funny. I too have been a supporter of Jess, her content , Behatilife products, and all that it entails for a few years. However, her business practices are questionable. My experience involves being extremely patient (maybe too patient) as I waited for my order for over a month. When I finally inquired, I was told by an assistant that they would work very hard to prioritize my order. I again waited a few weeks to then receive an email to review the products. I reached out and informed the assistant that I did not receive any products. I was told my products were delivered and given a postal tracking number which actually showed products were sent to another address in another state. I assume they didn't believe me because after contacting them they disappeared and never responded to any more emails. Due to my waiting "patiently" there is no longer a recourse for me, but I did learn my lesson. I ordered from Behatilife in the past and was "patient" when a product I ordered was missing from the package, "patient" when a service I reserved for almost a year was canceled days prior to the date. I was hopeful that this was an oversight, that this situation would be resolved, but this was not the case. Nevertheless, I know we are human and things sometimes happen. I imagine being sole creator must be challenging at times but this was a blatant disregard toward a customer. I am brokenhearted and greatly disappointed in Behatilife thus subscribers/buyers beware.
