I initially went in for a reading, but during the…read moresession I was told I had some kind of "blockage" or negative energy and needed to purchase special wood to resolve it. I was told the item would arrive by Thursday or Friday, and that I could call or text her anytime. However, immediately after I left and paid, my messages started being ignored. I was told she couldn't respond due to "the energy," which felt unprofessional. She later called on Friday saying the shipping was delayed. We agreed I would come by Sunday. On Sunday, I texted ahead and then drove there, only to be told the item still wasn't ready and needed to be placed in the sun, with further delays blamed on the weather. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to continue and requested a refund. She has refused to issue a refund and is now ignoring my messages entirely. At this point, she is keeping payment for a service that was never provided. I would strongly caution others to be careful. This experience involved poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a refusal to take accountability. I would not recommend doing business here. I even went to the police to get my money back and she still refused to issue a refund for a service not provided.

There were a wide variety of spiritual items including spell candles, different types of sage, jewelry, crystals and more. The prices are $-$$ depending on what you get. There is also a small parking lot in back for you. I really loved the decor of this store and just the feel in general. Very lovely vibration and lovely experience as I mentioned. Ok, so before I came in I called and was told the energy reading would be best and most thorough JUST what I need. In her own words she told me its not 10-15 min like a tarot reading. It is the real deal and will give me a chance to talk about my issues and get precise answers on dates, times, and what to do next. She said it could even go up to an hour. When I rang the doorbell the blonde woman looked at me like I was a solicitor and said 'can i help you?'--clearly annoyed as if it slipped her mind this is the location of a business. Anywho, she brought me into a room and a diff woman w/ a child came in w/me. I asked her if she minded not having children in the room. She was annoyed and told the other girl loud so I can hear that she could not read me since I dont want children in the room. Sorry but children distract me, and they dont belong in the workplace all over customers. If they were willing to provide a serious reading I'm not sure how they felt that could be accomplished with a child nagging and crying. Clearly they dont care very much about a customer's satisfaction or professionalism. The blonde girl took care of me instead. She told me she would read me for the first 20 minutes and then the girl from before would take over after she puts her children to bed because she 'felt my energy when I came in' and thought it would be better for her to read instead. She gave me something like a tarot reading and I said to her that I was confused and came in to talk about something very specific. She told me I'd have time to talk about it for a little while later after the reading. She cut me off multiple times and I felt very rushed. She wanted me to leave after 15 min. I all of a sudden started feeling really flustered because what I was experiencing was definitely not what they told me would happen over the phone. $65 is a lot of money to spend for someone to talk to you for only 15 min about a few random things and maybe only answer a question or two about what you really came in for. Something happened and she told me she had to go because her 'superior' was getting annoyed with her. Im not exactly sure what that meant but she offered to give me a discount for the reading and a free one from scratch the next day so even though I left confused and unsatisfied, I was not angry and I did look forward to my next reading. I called the following day the re-schedule our planned reading and the woman who was going to read me originally with the child answered the phone. She told me she was the owner. She also delighted me with the info that she cannot let the blonde girl give me a free reading. She mentioned many times 'corporate' won't allow it. Umm..corporate? I thought this was a small business?We went back and forth for a little bit and finally were able to meet in the middle. The day of my new reading I came in and was greeted by the owner. I got an extremely hostile, malicious and uncaring vibe from her. I was all excited for my reading but she immediately went into telling me that she is the owner and that what the girls arranged with me is against policy and was done without her consent. She told me it would not be allowed and that I will have to take my money and leave because some people just can't be satisfied and its best that I go. This really ticked me off. Since she was the owner I at least wanted to tell her what had happened but she told me she didn't care. The girls had already told her what happened and thats all she needed to know. I felt really shafted because there was so much run around and I spent money going to and forth the first visit and the second visit so for her to basically say she didn't want my business and to get going after being promised a more professional reading twice and coming in all excited was outraging. The woman who I spoke to on the phone prior, told me she was the owner now this lady is telling me she is the owner?? She told me the woman I spoke to before was her daughter, and only a manager. She didn't seem to believe me when I said she was calling herself the owner. They clearly do not communicate with each other and blatantly lie to customers. She was very angry from the start when I came in and I could feel her hostility. She rushed me out and blatantly told me she didn't care to hear about my terrible experience. I think they are trying to rip people off and they dont want to deal with someone like me who will question questionable service. Everyone I dealt with here had something different to say and on multiple occasions I dealt with obvious lies. I told her she should be ashamed of how she runs her business. She countered with saying that I am an ASSHOLE and the girls dont want to work with me because they can't connect with my energy. What a pitiful excuse. Seems like a scam to me.
