Their efforts were commendable so much so that once I finished my first round of PT, I decided to give them a chance and after 3 weeks they have completely restored my trust in their professionalism, courtesy compassion and expertise. It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. And Henry the PT working with me, is knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and is great to work with. Stacy, Ramiro, Tiffany, and Camelia are all kind and pleasant. These are the ones who have worked with me. The facility may be very large but they truly give great care to all patients. I thought it only fair to share this good report given I shared apparently a one off occurrence. I wish Kenner Orthopedic all the best and if you are looking for a PT facility with good customer service and patient care give them a try.

They took their time explaining the different exercises and machinery, and ramped up the level of difficulty at the appropriate intervals. The home exercises that they showed me helped a lot and they always answered my questions with an intelligent and well-explained response. If you live in the vicinity and need some rehabilitation from an injury or recent surgery, I recommend giving this place a shot.

I had been having pains in my neck for a long while. I never sought physical therapy for it,…read morebecause, well, physical therapy in my past normally meant leaving my home far too often to treat my pain with painful, boring, and ineffectual moves. Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. This office is different from all other typical PT offices - at City Park, your therapist actually spends quality time with you on every single visit. In other physical therapy offices, you will see your PT on the first visit, they will give you a set of exercises that rarely change, and then you will rarely see your therapist other than a passing word. NOT HERE! I will return here the next time I need therapy. On every visit, I received manual therapy and dry needling from my PT, and extra time was added for traction (which scared me to death since I had never tried it before, and now I love it!). They are professionals that work hard to get you better.

The staff is easy going and friendly. I went so many times I started feeling like I should apply for a job, but I better give them space in case I injure myself again. I don't want to wear out my welcome. The setup is the best I've seen. It's got a gym setup in a large space which makes therapy more fun.
