I initially meet with Chelsea and she did my sons evaluation, she was pleasant, professional, and informative. Once the evaluation was completed she informed me that she would have my son see Ms. Dina because she believe that she would be a good fit for my son. Upon meeting with Ms. Dina I had some reservation because she expect no nonsense from my son, and I am a mother that wants to shield her son from the world. I will say it is coming up to one year since my son has been going to Divine and he has flourished, he is a different person, he is using sentences, he is engaged, he knows how to share, and play with others. The speech has done a one hundred and eighty degree turn. I will say Ms. Dina was the right person for him, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to go and see Ms. Dina. She is stern, but kind. She continues to learn to perfect her craft by continuing her education. I am impressed by her. My interaction with Chelsea has also been good. She shares information with me on my sons condition and will offer suggestions. I will say everyone's experience will always be different. Trust your gut and do what is right for YOUR family. the best speech therapy place i could have ever taken my children, after multiple therapist told me…read moremy children were not teachable and this is just how they would be, divine speech continously gives me hope every session and i just honestly love them it feels like family going to them my kids love them, I've never encountered any unprofessional behavior from them , when I was referred to them from my kids doctor , divine speech told me they had a long waiting list which I was truly disappointed but staff ensured me that if I got my paperwork in immediately she would work with me, I got my paperwork back the very next day I don't play about getting any ounce of help for my kids to be successful im just blessed & truly thankful to ever have found this place Ms Chelsea is so kind and informative even if she has told you the information before she's going to tell you again to ensure us as parents that we understand. She also gave me homework to work with my baby and show me how to practice with him, I've never had this experience and we've been doing speech with other agencies for 9 years. Do NOT waste your time and money with this unprofessional office! I cannot STAND doctors and…read moreoffices that have no regard for their patients, our time, and money. TWICE I was supposed to have balloon sinuplasty procedure with Lisa Perry-Gilkes and TWICE they messed up. I've been trying to have this procedure done before the year is over as I have reached my deductible and OPX with BCBS for this year so everything is free for me until 2022. My allergies have gotten worse causing me terrible sinus pressure and pain, chronic sinus infections, ear pain, etc. I had one of my sinuses done with a different office already. The first time I ended up canceling because I ended up in the hospital extremely sick. When I got out I tried scheduling again and the woman that was supposed to put me back on the schedule never did nor did anyone ever contact me about it. Come to find out she quit and that's why. I called requesting to speak with the manager (can't remember her name but I have spoken with her before) that is over the office about that issue. I could never get in contact with her which is a MAJOR issue with this office and alot of their negative reviews confirm this. You have to call MULTIPLE times to speak with management and they'll lie and tell you they'll call you back and never do. It's a game of phone tag with these unprofessional clowns. So I scheduled again to go in for another suspected sinus infection but again to have the balloon procedure. Drove all the way there in the rain (15 mins so not bad), waited an hour and a half, only for the rude front desk woman not tell me Perry was running late. I asked the woman multiple times what is the hold up but she wouldn't tell me or even give me an estimated time of how much longer. Everyone that came before and after me, including the woman that had been there 2hrs, were seen and left. I think Perry was deliberately making me wait. I walked out and I again called and attempted to speak with the manager about that but they wouldn't get her on the phone. A few weeks later I ended up speaking to Kacey Phillips who said she was the director of the surgery department/facility and you couldn't go higher than her. I told her what happened but that I wanted my gas money reimbursed for my time wasted. If a patient is running late they have no problems refusing to see you or will charge outrageous fees for late or missed appointments and even appointments not canceled "on time". When you call the annoying automated lady tells you to show up on time so doctors can spend enough time with you lol. They don't show you the same courtesy they demand of you. That morning "Dr" Perry made a woman wait over 2hrs to be seen and another patient was turned away for not having her insurance card and it was an allergy injection visit. The patient drove from Jackson but front desk chick didn't care. After that patient left I still wasn't called back and I got tired of waiting and walked out. Kacey, at the time was nice, explained one of the girls was no longer there, apologized, and asked me to give them another chance to make it right. Stupid me did and I went to that bogus nurse visit. They were supposed to call me back about medications for the procedure after I went to my pain doctor. They had Ashley call me to tell me Dr.Perry wasn't going to perform the procedure and that it's better if Dr.Livermore does it under general anesthesia. At first that's what I wanted but decided to just do it in the office and get it over with. FYI I've already had one sinus done and it wasn't bad. It's just weird hearing your bones crackling as they break them. Plus I have anxiety but you are given anxiety meds as part of their med combo they give you. Anyway I told Ashley no and I am NOT consenting to a surgery under general anesthesia and have to go through the whole process all over. Meeting with a new doctor and one that has bad reviews, having to have another nurse visit, do a hospital pre op, etc etc. It would just unnecessarily prolong it into 2022 and it wouldn't be free anymore. I called to try and speak with Kacey and she never returned my call wasn't surprised. I sent Kacey an email a week ago and she ignored that as well. Yesterday they had a 2nd woman in Dr.Livermore's office call me to schedule the surgery. I again told her no I am not wanting to go under general anesthesia and that if Dr.Perry doesn't want to do the procedure then she needs to have the overies to call me and tell me and stop wasting my time. The woman said she would find out what is going on and call me back. Not expecting a call back given their track record. I spoke to Livermore's surgery scheduler Latisha a week ago and told her the same thing. She said she would have Ashley call me but of course she never did. I am DONE with this place, their incompetence, and unprofessionalism. I'd advise others to run away and not do business with this awful establishment and Dr.Perry.

I have been a patient of CFPARM and Dr. Foster for 2 1/2 years and I have NEVER had a bad…read moreexperience. I want to say that I have not had luck with a lot of doctors in Georgia and I find a lot of the doctors in this state don't care about patients, you are just a number to them, dishonest, if you don't tow their line they will terminate your care with the flick of the wrist, are vindictive and will falsify your medical records and make it hard for you to get care with other doctors, etc etc. Dr. Foster and his staff are NOTHING like that and since I have been coming to this place they have ALWAYS treated me with kindness, respect, and like I am a human being. Dr. Foster has excellent bedside manners, is very personable and takes time to get to know you, is caring, listens to me, and is thorough with his exams. I have never felt like cattle or just a number when coming here. When I wasn't seeing Dr. Foster I saw the NP Sharon, whom sadly is no longer at this office, but even she was very kind, took her time to listen, and was VERY personable. I miss her and will miss Dr. Foster, Bree, Lisa, and the rest of the staff. They have all been so kind and such a pleasure to be around and have trusted with my health. Yes, the wait times are long but DUH ALL doctor's offices have long wait times that consist of 1-2hrs. The only doctors that don't have long wait times are offices that treat their patients like cattle and they are in and out in under 5 mins. They won't take the time to be thorough with their exams and don't care to establish good rapports with their patients or truly get to know their patients. To be honest when you see Dr. Foster he does not make the patient or patients wait long. At least that's been MY experience with him. Now when I saw the NP Sharon yes her wait time was extremely long but when you have a good doctor, good NP, etc the long wait times are worth it. Just relax, bring a book, scroll social media, etc. I am moving out of state and that is the ONLY reason I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Foster's. I'm so torn over it because good doctors and good medical staff are hard to find. While I am moving out of state I am hoping I can still be a patient of Dr. Foster and this facility. I did ask at my last visit and he said he would have to see what can be done within the law. I'm hoping I can stay a patient. Either way I DEFINATELY recommend this place and Dr. Foster. You won't be disappointed.
