I was a patient here for 2 years with two frozen shoulders and lower back issues. Turns out I have…read morePsoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. In the beginning I was in real crisis - stopped work, couldn't walk around the block, sleep or really function at all for the first year before I was diagnosed. At that time they were very kind to me. There was one therapist I didn't want to work with as I was in intolerable pain during the session and for days afterwards, but I was fine working with the other three wonderful therapists. Then one left and another stopped coming in as much. I still felt very comfortable seeing the one who was still working and for the past year I've happily seen him for my sessions with no problem that I was aware of. Yesterday one of the owners (Kim) was in the office - I didn't recognize her so I guess she's not in much when I have been. I saw that the July schedule was open and asked if I could make my July appointments. She said that she wouldn't schedule me as I wasn't following their rules despite being "talked to about it before". Her tone was really rude. I haven't been talked to about it at all and thought it was fine for me to see the therapist I was comfortable with. No-one has ever mentioned an issue when I've made appointments before and staff are usually very pleasant. Kim sounded utterly disgusted with me and I guess wanted to be sure that I knew how she felt about me. It was a shock as I had no idea who she was and I don't think (?) I've spoken to her in the past couple of years. I'm still giving the practice 3 stars because I really do think they can be great, and I've seen good improvement on my health. I'm just really sad that she was so rude to me yesterday. Maybe she was having a bad day and wanted to flex her muscles at my expense? Kim has apparently given a conflicting version of what happened - but there was a young girl sitting at the front desk who must have heard most of it. I would say go to this practice and hope that you don't get on the wrong side of Kim. Now I am stopping PT cold turkey until I can find somewhere else to go. It's a disappointing end as I have recommended them so many times over the past two years. I still do, just with caveats. Kim can be seriously mean without warning and I was quite upset when I left.

I'm used to being a part of another PT practice in the area and decided to switch because I often was left alone during my hour of therapy and just felt that I wanted more support. Here, ALL sessions are one-on-one with the therapist, and only one patient at a time is treated in the facility. They also have in-home options that I haven't used. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable, and is helping me tremendously. I would highly recommend!

Both Ken Luczejko and Jamie Wagner provided my therapy for both my hip and knee. My hip PT went quickly and with little discomfort. For this review I want to focus on my knee therapy. Ken did the initial evaluation and developed initial therapy plan. Provided print out for initial therapy after my session for me to follow at home and provide ongoing checkups over my 7 weeks of therapy. Jamie took over the majority of my therapy and continued to challenge me each session to increase my movement in my knee and to continue to build muscle and improve balance. She integrated something new almost every week based on my progress. Based on doing research. Jamies knowledge, experience and her upbeat personality made each 45-minute visit enjoyable and beneficial. In just 7 short weeks we reached our goal on my knee flexibility and strength and was sent off to continue my PT work at home so I can get back to referring soccer in the spring. I simply walked out of the building and called the desk and canceled all my sessions I am very disappointed. I tried to put up with this rudeness for several months. I agree with all the other 5 Star reviewers. One of Dianne's strengths which hasn't been mentioned so much is her ability to diagnose what the problem is and its source. Then, as others said, she gave me lots of exercises and printouts so I could do those exercises at home. She even video taped me doing the new exercises in her office so I could refer to them again at home. She's flexible with her schedule and always pleasant. Yes, it's one on one.....there's none of this, "go in that exercise room and do your exercises and then come out and see me", no! She stays with me all the way and guides me. She knows right where to massage and put the tools of her trade on my shoulder to help reduce the pain, which always works.
